Splinter Cell is awesome! I used to play the Splinter Cell games from 2003-2014. The original on PS2 and the sequels on Xbox and Xbox 360. I would later play the original again in 2015 when I rebought it on the original Xbox. I recently beaten the first game again 3 days ago. Now I'm replaying Pandora Tomorrow.
I dont know if we'll ever get the same kind of tactical type games we got when he was around ever again.. I love the Division.. but its not the old school Tom Clancy I know and love.
It was awesome coming home from school and having a whole channel dedicated to video games. E3 used to be a week event for me. Id plant myself in front of the TV for a week and watch it.. The whole 2000's era of gaming was something entirely different from nowdays, and was a far more creative and exciting time for video games.
Nah, Chaos Theory ai was crappy. A guard walking slowly with his gun out so you can shoot him doesn't care about his life. Splinter Cell would be better if they placed the guards at random places. The game becomes repetitive very easily. And Chaos Theory's secondary missions are extremely boring. Searching for crates is not exactly exciting.
The music is this documentary is electrifying and dark.
I love these mid-2000's docs. Especially on stuff like video games/developers.

They are classics.
"over the hill, cynical, jaded, middle age, rogue"
could be used to describe Snake to be honest...
or at least Big Boss
My number one SAGA and Franchise of all time, Splinter Cell Sam Fisher...
Its depressing a bit seeing these so long later knowing companies like Ubisoft and EA are just corporate shells now with meager passion
Very true.. hopefully the Splinter Cell remake in development now will end up being good!
@@cjware316 surprised they can do anything extra with all the ac in the pipeline

For the time it was advanced. Nowadays there is plenty that beats it.. but even by todays standards it still holds up alright.
