I NEVER Felt Like Reading The Bible (How I Changed)

- In this video I talk about how I learned to overcome my struggle of not wanting to read my Bible.
This is a very common struggle amongst believers. There is no way you can know the LORD and walk faithfully without knowing His word, which is why I think this video is so important.
I don't believe God judges us by how frequently we dive in the Word, but I do think that our consistency in the Word is a big sign of where our heart truly is. If you have any other pieces of advice on how you overcame this battle please feel free to share below. I’ve been honest with God and I tell him that I want my heart closer to him. I do feel that I’m just doing works because I’m scared to go to hell. I’ve been walking with Christ for 5 months and it has been a lot of changes. In my heart I feel that I don’t love God but I fear him so that’s why I force myself to do the works. Idk ever since I’ve been with Christ it hasn’t been easy but I could never go back into the world. I see the truth and everything is demonic. This video really helped so I can be honest with myself and figure out a solution for me. Thank you.
Pro 9:10 KJV The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.
Mat 10:28 KJV And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
It is a healthy thing to fear the Lord. It is also good to realize that God sent his son to pay the punishment of your sins. Could you send your child to die for someone else's sin? He loves you more than you can imagine.

@@ajahmechelle it is scary to know the truth, so now that we know the truth we must do a few things.
Rom 10:9-10 KJV That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
So if you have done this you have salvation. We are at war and Satan is going to try and make you think you are not born again. That means you are now a soldier in God's army and you have a mission.
Mat 28:18-20 KJV And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. 19. ¶Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
1) Be in the Word
2) Be in prayer
3) Be in fellowship
4) Be accountable
5) Be the salt and the light.
This list does not give you salvation, Jesus' work gave you salvation and you received that gift when you believed in the truth. This list I gave you is to help you fight the enemy who wants you to be useless for the kingdom. You are already with God and he will not leave you nor forsake you, he is a loving God. Rest in Christ finish work, on the Cross he said it is finished. Tell everyone the truth.
Same here, it's been around 3 months since I gave my life. I want to be a good Christian but I feel it's not intentional my heart. So, I'm asking the Lord for guidance. God bless you guys

Just keep praying, reading the Bible, and study the word.

Humbly submit your life to God. Whether you fell in an addiction of a substance or their lustful desires. Believe me anything can be broken, we weren’t attached to these things at one point. It wasn’t till it crossed your mind where you realized it became a tie to you and a branch embedded in your tree. Claiming Jesus Christ as your only Lord and savior and casting all of your anxieties, pain, discomfort, questions, fears, all on to Him. And He will make your paths straight. Read Proverbs 5 3-7
Let’s lock in with the Man above. God bless you all and I pray we make it up there to His kingdom. Let’s build this intimate relationship with Him, as we prosper and live through this world. With and through Him.

1:02 hey and blessings Paul just want to comment something because my Mom overheard this and wanted to point out about the frequency she said , if I eat today but then for 3 days I don’t eat I’m going to want to eat because I have that frequency of eating everyday , same thing with reading 📖 the Bible not everyone reads everyday but When you get used to it and then finally one day you don’t read it at a frequency your spirit goes hungry but ya my Mom just wanted to point that out and make sure 👍🏽

Reading your Bible is a good way to spend time with Jesus but there’s also way more ways. Through prayer, worship, fellowship, and just through our everyday lives. Pray about it forsurely, for you to have a desire to Know Him more and for you to be more intimate with Him !

I belive in God but I have a question. How do you know that bible wasn't corrupted? The bible was written about 2000 years and the thing that bible could be corrupted make mess in my head.
Oh There’s a lot of Translations and people Sometimes take verses/scriptures out they don’t like that they say is “Offensive”
Or they want to fit their own narrative Or just false Prophets that try to use God for their Own Gain.
The Bible isn’t corrupt it’s the People. Jesus said there would be false prophets.
I Use NLT/NIV KJV is Good also
The Bible is Inspired by the Holy Spirit that’s why we have the Books And Scriptures we have today.
Remember You can’t Add or Take From The Bible.

There are thousands ancient manuscripts in Greek and they all come up to 99.8 percent accurate. The only reason it was 100 was because the writers withered addressed Jesus as “Christ Jesus” or “Jesus Christ”. Hopefully this is enough proof for you :). Heaven will not be filled with perfect people. It will be filled with forgiven people. Turn to Jesus who is the only way to the Father. Repent and turn from sin. Ask Jesus for His forgiveness and you will be saved. 🙏 🙏
