They were threatening to destroy multiple infinite sized universes, and were also threatening to destroy the other world meaning they were going to destroy their entire macrocosm, as the otherworld isn't in the db macrocosm. You can argue the other world to be either 5D-outer but most people don't use outer otherworld. So this feat would be either 5D to outer.

Otherworld is outer because its non corporeal, we know this since it doesn't have time, which means it doesn't have space. The otherworld is said to transcend dimensions/dimensionality depending on your translation/what translation app you are using, making it outer since it can't be 0D.
