    From one fitness professional & fellow content creator to another, I just wanted to say that your channel is one of the very few that I have respect for and feel adds real value for your viewers.
    Most other fitness channels are simply people with no actual knowledge or experience & just have a 6-pack or are easy on the eyes, so they get away with providing little to no actual factual information or value in their content. Keep up the hard work and know that your peers who are professionals in the industry respect you.

    I tried this landmine exercises and trust me guys it really is a must-do!!! Complete and explosive, also works hard on the calves (which a lot of people struggle to target) and will teach you to use your whole body in a more challenging way than the regular machines... just love it!

    Really enjoyed watching (and learning) from your channel. Question, Obi: how long does it take your body to heal itself after that type of workout? And another question: do you find these workouts are getting you to where you want to be?
    I really wish I could get a "Coach Tom" to train me like he's doing for you. But where I live (Hawaii), that would be difficult as the sports of choice here are surfing, stand-up paddling, racing canoes and of course, swimming.
    Thanks....and keep doing these interesting workouts.

    • @juditmonori1400
      @juditmonori1400 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      About the healing part: after these kind of training you shouldn’t do another explosive or heavy strength training for 1-2 days. It doesn’t mean you should do nothing, aerobic workouts and active resting are good choices. So: no big weights (above 60% of your RM) and no explosive/plyometric movement. ☺️

      recovery is all relative, i train 2 x a week in the past so i recover very well as my body adapts i also use a tracer to monitor my recover. also what is YOUR goal, doesn't matter the workout you need to know what it is you want to achieve first then plan your training around that. i have a video on this subject

    • @bcb224life
      @bcb224life 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It was a 15 min EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute). Meaning you compete each exercise within 60 seconds time until you reach 15 minutes. First min, 15 cal on the bike. Second min 12 deadball slams. Third min, 10 burpees. Then repeat the cycle 4 more times for a total of 15 minutes. If you complete an exercise in under 60 seconds you have the remainder of the min to rest. On the other hand if you fail to complete the exercise within 60 seconds, stop where you're at, and immediately move on to the next exercise. Hope this helps, good luck!

    Totally dont agree with the Landmine pull & press, totally wrong, best way to pop a disk with the twisting motion , basic health & safety that one (in every health & safety video NOT to twist with weight). Also the snatch pull was not high enough, your supposed to pull as high as possible on the snatch preferably up to solar plexus or higher, THEN the power cleans and only 2 of each is nothing, should be 5 of each !!. i know this because I have done this type of training for years and years. I have a shitload of videos that I havent uploaded but I dont need to I am confident of my own ability. Great video overall but the training method was easy.
