I think your supply situation was atrocious because you did the entire invasion of Germany with 0% supply coverage as shown to the left of the convoys at the top left of the screen. Did you even produce any trucks or trains at all? Because if you didn't then that explains a lot.
@@antasil5768 Did you block access in the sea? Because for some reason thats the preferred way of the supply system and usually (as a minor/secondary country) you'll convoy raided to death or don't have any/enough convoys. That seems break the supply system, causing problems in areas that shouldn't be affected

hrmm I did have trucks and trains, even armored trains. My theory is that I was suffering from red air and logistic strikes
