The reason why Italy didn’t join the Allies with Fascist Britain is because they are still at war Ethiopia that joined the allies in exile instead of fully capitulating. Italy can’t join the faction since they’re at war with a member in it

HRE is the new 'Kleindeutchland' option. The new 'Großdeutschland' option is to take the align Czhechoslovakia option, which allows you to diplovassalise the entire balkans, with a later option to annex. So take the Benelux, France, and Italy and form the EU. Annex the balkans through decisions, and use another decision to expand the EU and core the balkans. If you reinstigate Brest-Litovsk, you can create eastern duchies (decisions), annex (decisions), and again expand the EU. If you play the long game, you can annex and core eveything west of the urals.

The UK keeps going historically and rejects my defense pact

Is there any way to make UK accept the defense pact? In my games it's like 50/50 - and it doesn't seem to be related to anything, as I do everything the same each time. I even improve relations to have them over 90 and they still can refuse.

When civil war starts remove stuff off international market, then instead of deploying unit immediately add one more troop and it'll give the first unit instantly full equiptment. No idea why but it always works as long as you have the equiptment. It's just a different order of clicking buttons but it does give you a little more expensive and you don't have to wait for equiptment to get into that first cheeze unit. I suppose it's because half the equiptment of your training unit goes to the other side

There is still one thing to add you now no longer need victoria to form the HRE any german monarchist can form it
