Rebuilding a crashed snowmobile from the ground up. Straightening the chassis and bulkhead.

Continuing work on the 2005 Ski-doo Summit Adrenaline. Cleaning the tunnel and chassis, breaking things down further, continuing to find and assess new damage. Then we'll work on straightening out the chassis, nun, and belly pan.

Great build! I'm excited for the out come. I did same repairs last year and can't recommend enough the brace kit/with stainless hardware.2x4 in the track standing up helps when sliding drive out. Chain case might have drain screw also. Good luck.

Thanks! Yeah I'm impressed with the brace kit so far. Considering proactively putting them in the rest of the sleds as well. Good tip on the 2x4, I'll have to give that a try next time!
