Great video! A habit that’s enriched my life is daily meditation. It creates a pause for me when I start feeling overwhelmed by all the things and allows me to recenter on what’s important to me and my family.
Meditation can be such a game changer! I don't do it often enough!
I really enjoyed the subject matter! You do this very well. I'd love more videos in this line of thinking. It makes a difference between living superficially and living deeply. 🙂❤
Health, confidence, relationships, spirituality. They matter the most.
the moment you said cognitive dissonance - I was strapped in for the whole video. My dad used to talk a lot about it and I feel like I'm finally learning the lessons he was trying to teach me. (I lost him in 2020, I miss him so much!) Thank you for being like a sign from him in heaven
Aw well I'm glad this video resonated! So sorry about your dad ❤️❤️
I have heard of The Happiness Trap mentioned by a few people now. Sounds like a good one. I feel it is interesting when people don't like doing something but don't know how to even take the steps to stop doing those things. I often have talked to people who hate how much time they put into something so I tell them, "Then try to spend less time doing so." Such as, "Put your phone away for the night at a certain time and when you feel an urge to grab it, have self control and resist. Maybe cut down 15 minutes out at a time each day until you can get to a full night without it." Things like that. I think because all of my life I have lived a slow life, it is easy for me, compared to others who just seem to always fill their lives with needing to occupy their time with something. They don't know how to just sit or to get hobbies (I have met so many people who have no hobbies while I have loads of them because I love learning and trying new things). These people I have met without hobbies tend to just watch things on TV or Netflix, etc, or they are addicted to their phones.
Anyway, my point is I love that you give some good steps to people to help them out.
The link between authenticity and well-being is crucial for anyone striving to live a purposeful life. Setting boundaries and aligning actions with core values not only enhances personal happiness but also drives sustainable success in every endeavor. 👍
Such important topics w/ lovely delivery. Thank you for the video! You're radiating.
This is a never ending search for me. My husband is unfortunately very disabled and my life changes curtailed as a result, i am sorry to say that a glass of wine is too often my escape. Knowing this pitfall intellectually doesn’t make it easier. My current meditation is about the subject of positive habits and this has been very helpful. Thank you! 💖
I myself enjoy a glass of wine (or two). It's like anything, where depending on the context, it can be helpful or unhelpful in terms of what we're looking to get out of it. Thanks for watching ☺✨
Sorry to hear that. Try at any moment to talk to God, the Creator of the skies and the earth, just tell Him how you feel with your words and ask Him for help. He is always there for us.
@@neveenfbable thank you 🙏🏻

Whenever I have like negative thoughts or emotions, or just am anxious in general I always ask myself: What if my brain is lying to me right now? 😅
Haha yep. Our brains often like to think the worst for no reason! An old primitive protection mechanism.
Wow, what course did you do for learning how to talk to camera better?
❤❤❤
Jesus gives our life meaning. ❤️
Amen sister 🙏 I've never heard her talk about God....
That's because I'm not religious :)

I LOVE your videos, Meghan. I have watched most, if not all, of them. Interestingly, your views match with a lot of what Islam says. “ All praise and thank are due to Allah, the Lord of all nations, the most Loving and Caring” ( Quran, 1:1).
Happy may also it’s a day before my birthday 🥳 😊
