Poha Recipe-How to make Kanda Poha-Easy Indian Breakfast Recipe-Savory Flattened Rice

Flattened rice(Poha)-100 gm (2 cup)
Peanuts (moongfali/shingdana)-50 gm (1/2 cup)
Chopped onion-2 (medium)
Green chilli (slit)-2 to 3
Lemon juice-2 tbsp
Curry leaves-15 to 17
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Sugar-1/2 tsp (optional)
Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil-3 to 4 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves
Aloo bhujiya/ sev for garnish

Made it for lunch today minus the peanuts.. Added boiled potatoes & kobra for garnish..!!! Very crisp presentation.saw a few other vids but yours "brought the flavour out "!!Also added the onions...The young lad there seems to have a penchant for cooking at an early age.. Brilliant!!! 😊

Greetings from Dubai. I recently saw your video and made Poha for the 1st time in my life. My cooking skills have so far been limited to making tea and sandwich on Gas. But your video was very simple and I followed it frame-by-frame. And the Poha came out so well.
