Please do not try to stand to Xinjiang, it will be very tiring. If you have to, you can bring a portable bench and sit when there are empty seats on the train or sit in the dining car.
The DanDan noodles in Chongqing are not actually that spicy, they are more fragrant. The truly spicy food is the hot pot. Moreover, if you want to taste more authentic and delicious food, you should ask the locals. Generally speaking, the food at scenic spots is not particularly delicious, but it's fine to try it once. By the way, Chongqing's small noodles are quite famous. You should look for small noodles in some local streets and you can ask the locals for directions.

Excellent video, and I hope you enjoyed the twin cities Chengdu (my hometown) and Chongqing; Looking forward to seeing your next video of Xinjiang ( New Frontier)
Chongqing is my second hometown, a famous paradise for food lovers. In your video, I saw many familiar places, and the delicious food almost seems to spill out from the screen, making my mouth water uncontrollably😂 You're welcome to visit Chongqing again next time.🎉
Nice to see yous again in the comments! China is definitely worth going, love it there but need to get a few things sorted in advance like Alipay, Wechat, Baidu phone apps to make it comfortable
The city's modern tech integrated into daily life is impressive! Your video makes it clear I need to visit Chongqing next time and hopefully document and share my experiences as well. Safe travels, guys!
You are going to Xinjiang, it's really a boost for your courage. Regular trains take more than 30 hours and you still don't have tickets. However, after getting on the train, you can try to find a train attendant to make up for sleeper tickets. Usually, after boarding the train, one can get a sleeper ticket for a period of time. Xinjiang is worth a visit, with many delicious foods and different customs and traditions
Really love your video Jack, and your preparation is good even for Chinese visitors hahaha. So prefessional and so humble and kind. Enjoy your journey and wish you and Aynsley the best
Hello, jack, I suggest that you'd better not go to Xinjiang by train. I took a train to Xinjiang about six years ago, and it was a painful memory. And you still don't have a seat. It's going to be a tough trip. Stir-fried strips and mutton skewers are the most recommended in Xinjiang. I highly recommend you to go to Guilin, Guangxi, which has amazing natural scenery. I hope you have a good trip.
The paper for the caramelized strawberries skewer is rice paper. It is made from rice. Chinese normally use rice papers to wrap up some gluy cadies, such as Nougat.

On the train, you can ask the staff for the location of the dining car. The dining car allows you to order dishes and then sit there to eat and rest. Generally, boxed meals cost around 20 yuan per serving, or stir fried dishes cost around 50 yuan per plate. Different trains are different, but eating in the dining car allows you to rest and wait for a ticket to be paid. Otherwise, it's really tiring and I feel sorry for you all
