ngl i think the uninsured people come from where i live, i live in the most southern part of texas (rgv area) and alot of people arent insured here, obviously its not all from my area but i think a good portion of it is from here

Do you know you have to pay hundreds for an ambulance to take you to the hospital, right? You have to pay for so many things there, while you don't have to do that in Europe and lots of other countries outside of it, like Canada.
