I LOVE your Saturday videos and appreciate your enthusiasm. I’m also moving soon - I’m downsizing significantly, though. My husband and I have lived in this house for over 30 years & have been married for 46! We’re going from an 1800 square foot house to an 800 square foot addition onto our son’s house in a different state! I will be so grateful for help taking care of my husband and being with my three granddaughters - one of whom wants me to teach her to sew. It’s exciting and scary at the same time. Thanks so much for all that you do - I can’t wait to make the scrappy present block!

It was so exciting but I remember when the moving trucks showed up on Moving Day, I broke into tears so I totally understand all the emotions you’re talking about. I just had to tell you that apricot and ash was the fabric line that got me into quilting! I loved the mix of colors and now that I see how abloom mixes with apricot and ash I'm going to finally use my last apricot and ash fat quarters to mix with abloom for a quilt pattern idea I have. I actually like those aqua and cobalts together! (I love mixing cool tones like that.) I'll get those side by side with the charcoals and whites when Abloom finds my studio at last. ☺
Good luck with the move! We have been trying to sell our home since May! Real estate has been slow here in Vancouver, Canada. We have been in our home for 34 yrs. A great opportunity to do a big declutter!
We have the opposite problem where I am at (which will be great when we sell our current home but made buying trickier). There's not a lot of availability to purchase and it sells fast.
I sure love the aqua in Abloom! I will use it with the whites for something special. I have a fat quarter bundle of your Christmas line. I need to make a large quilt. I haven’t found the pattern yet so it may be next year.

I so enjoy seeing how your fabric lines look together. I've been slowly trying to make a quilt from each collection I can get my hands on and can't wait to see all the scraps I'll have leftover to mix and match. Apricot and Ash is for sure a favourite and i am excited for Abloom. I cant imagine all the tough decisions you have to make when creating a fabric line, that aqua in Apricot and Ash is so pretty.
I think it's a lot of fun to mix and match between collections. It really allows you to personalize the fabrics within your quilt and make it just as you'd like.
Hello Sweet Corey. Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. My heat went out so for 3 days, I had no heat however, I am blessed beyond belief. Congratulations on your new home. I know it will be filled with love and goodness.
We had a very nice Thanksgiving...it was spent with Ryan's family. =) I hope your heat is back on for good!...we had one week of no electric right over Christmas the year that I was pregnant with Chloe. We were hosting my sister and her husband (they lived in Florida at that time). It was a chilly week but one of my most memorable Christmas'. Lots of laughter!

Happy Saturday! Moving to a new home how great and overwhelming! I have no doubt you and the family will get it all figured out! How nice to be able to have everything in one space. Waiting for my children to come get the rest of their stuff from the basement! For me took 20 years, only because my mom brought the rest to my home! 😂 Hoping theirs is gone sooner than that! I just had to tell you that apricot and ash was the fabric line that got me into quilting! I loved the mix of colors and now that I see how abloom mixes with apricot and ash I'm going to finally use my last apricot and ash fat quarters to mix with abloom for a quilt pattern idea I have. Thanks for having such a great eye for color and print.

Good luck with the move! We have been trying to sell our home since May! Real estate has been slow here in Vancouver, Canada. We have been in our home for 34 yrs. A great opportunity to do a big declutter!
We have the opposite problem where I am at (which will be great when we sell our current home but made buying trickier). There's not a lot of availability to purchase and it sells fast.

I so enjoy seeing how your fabric lines look together. I've been slowly trying to make a quilt from each collection I can get my hands on and can't wait to see all the scraps I'll have leftover to mix and match. Apricot and Ash is for sure a favourite and i am excited for Abloom. I cant imagine all the tough decisions you have to make when creating a fabric line, that aqua in Apricot and Ash is so pretty.
I think it's a lot of fun to mix and match between collections. It really allows you to personalize the fabrics within your quilt and make it just as you'd like.

Hello Sweet Corey. Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. My heat went out so for 3 days, I had no heat however, I am blessed beyond belief.

We had a very nice Thanksgiving...it was spent with Ryan's family. =) I hope your heat is back on for good!...we had one week of no electric right over Christmas the year that I was pregnant with Chloe. We were hosting my sister and her husband (they lived in Florida at that time). It was a chilly week but one of my most memorable Christmas'. Lots of laughter!

It will be so nice to be settled into a new home! We are opting to do no Christmas decorating so I don't have to get things out only to have to take them down and then move them out. That will help streamline things. =)
