Not me crying in the prayer ❤ praying for your ultimate healing
Can I just say how I’m so thankful I found this podcast and I love your transparency and vulnerability and love you’re putting forth. ❤️
34:55 Yeah, that's the bad thing that our brain makes us feel about something that seems so simple but we feel like it's terrible for us. And in Vietnam we have a proverb "Little things make big things" to confirm that, I don't know if I translated it into English correctly, but I hope you can understand it. Ultimately, to avoid our brains jumping to bad conclusions on the spur of the moment, I urge us all to sit in a quiet place and Calm your mind and think about everything, think about what their outcome will be, of course, then most people will feel that it's not too big of a deal and will have a plan to handle it.
uhh oh how I relate to everything you said, it feels so good to not be alone! On the bright side! Had my first appointment of therapy so we are in our healing era ! ❤
