Some will be a liability, but will help you in the moment of need. And u never know when that need comes. Moreover, getting noc is not a hassle at all in this digital age. Even if u get transferred to another state and pay 2laks, it is better than loosing 8 lacs..!! Apart from all this, there r plenty of other options..
