@@jeffmartin9730 oh lord dude....the entire reason half the staff is no longer around and they had a few months of no uploads was due to the racial bias in wages they were receiving. They tried to "bounce back" by suddenly having a bunch of multi racial employees but have yet to apologize or acknowledge anything publicly.
One of these days Brad is gonna go crazy and ferment the entire BA kitchen and become a SCOBY slinging super villain.

I got the big boy and it's a sweet knife, made one small update. Stabilized the wooden handle with epoxy as the wood started drying and splitting. Also yup gonna try making these fries.
Mine was super prone to rust but I still love it anyway
If the wood starts drying and splitting on your knife it's probably not a knife to recommend to anyone

@@johnr797 yeah I was pretty disappointed just by the fact that brad talks so well about Lamson knives. I bought another one and the blade isn’t as sharp as you would expect
making this comment because of the rust and wood splitting comments: good knives must be washed and dried by hand, wood handles need to be rubbed with a small amount of oil periodically to prevent drying out, quality tools take care and up keep! we have nice knives that we keep put away, we only use them for steaks, they get washed and dried by hand, and the wood handles are rubbed with a couple drops of oil and set aside to absorb it, this is how my dad taught me good knives are to be treated.

Yeah, Matt is still running the edits. Definitely feels like his editing style, just less fly swatting and baseball swings xD. I would say Hunzi has refined his craft over the years, and has fully synced up with Brad's energy.
Hunzi was even on se, Brad spoke to him once.

They were TERRIBLE! Very rubbery. While HOT and fresh out of the oven, great! After a minute or two the quality diminishes exponentially. By the time I finished my smash burger they were inedible. Might be a great diet food? 😂😂

Yeah, cuz they first time I tried with a regular old zip lock bag it DID smell like hot garbage 💀 but I can see how this could turn out gr8 with a perfect seal
