I use this machine in my shop, but the frother is not good at all. It'll make the milk hot but not foamy what so ever.

Yeah, I use oat milk, I’ve never tried regular milk.. I thought about buying a different head.. they sale ones with 2,3,4 holes for better steaming.. but I’m not sure if the threading is the same! So I haven’t bought one.. When you steam your milk do you have the wand all the way in or barely on top?
