    If you want to do the most honest push-up test in your life, just listen to this video, DON'T COUNT THE REPS and DON'T LOOK AT THE SCREEN when the test starts.
    Just listen to my voice and the instructions, and if you can't perform the push-up with perfect form anymore, ONLY AFTER THAT LOOK AT THE SCREEN to see how many reps you could do.
    Are you ready? Let's get it!

    In gymnastics, I'd have my kids do 2 seconds up, 2 seconds down with an interval timer.
    My goal is 60, currently at 55! Some kids are at 30+ already!! I'm so proud of them!
    Your form as always, is impeccable!

    Adam, I couldn't think of a more perfect set of push- ups both in form and numbers and I' m left thinking you already had another hundred left in the tank.
    Actually a work of mental focus, breathing management and muscle control.

    @diegolarosa2034 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Currently my best is 22 push ups but at this speed I got to 18. Being able to do this to 100 is insane. You do them so perfectly its almost like this video is just looped. And it looks like you could have even kept going because you don't seem to be struggling at all.

    • @darius7669
      @darius7669 ปีที่แล้ว

      It may have been 2nd-degree but it's because it is looped, he tells that he has never done 100 reps, his point is to do the perfect form and for that it's better to do less rep and keep the perfect form. I really like this man because he trains smart, and his videos are smarlty made too, changing camera and angles for the loop to be less obvious, still it does not remove values from his work

    Wow, perfect form, no momentum, and you could've done more if you wanted. Very impressive.

    Guys be realistic - most people cannot even do 10 push ups with good form. If you are in the range of 15 - 20 your are already well trained, I am sure a lot of people who wrote something around 20 or even more are lying. I'm not saying it is not possible but the number of people claiming to do so is just too high
