    One thing to add - You said, "id plug in the solar but no point because of no sun"...It's day time. The panels are mono crystalline, If it's daytime, even cloudy, monos will generate power. Yes albeit low output, but it will generate. That point is for anyone reading comments, who's new to solar etc. Always get mono crystalline over poly crystalline panels :D

    Wish the bulky charging adapters/bricks were built in to the power stations. Also, seems as though the big connecting cords should have 90°cord caps. They sure stick out far from the side when in use. Great segment. And your sincere enthusiasm about this product says a great deal about how well they function and are made. Thankyou Sir.

    • @urbanarkoverland
      @urbanarkoverland  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I do agree how much the wires do stick directly out. All the power stations seem to do the same. I suppose by not adding it inside it is one less moving part. I imagine it’s to keep the brick well ventilated 👍🏻

      Some newer big power stations have solved these issues, Hobotech gets a lot of preview models. I'm wishing I'd held on just a month or two, I'd probably have a Pecron, Vtoman or even a Victor now.

    Looking to add a B300 to my AC200MAX and PT200 panels. I see the panels can be daisy chained to expand but 2 questions:
    Is there a longer extension cable available to locate panels on the roof or on top of a canopy? Are these just generic cables for this purpose?
    The bulky loop cable to connect the B300 to the AC200MAX seems cumbersome. Is there anything generally available with 90 degree bends (C shaped) for a slimmer filament?

    Great explanation on how the devices charge, daisy chain, and balance the load/charge. I’d like to see a simple laypersons (like me) explanation on what devices can be used and for how long. For example, in a household power outage, how long could I use a standard refrigerator and couple of lights?

    • @urbanarkoverland
      @urbanarkoverland  ปีที่แล้ว

      That’s just maths mate. It basically has 2kw capacity. Then plus another 2kw for b230. So it could run a 1 kw heater for 4 hours. Or a 100 watt light for 40 hours. Does that make sense.

    • @Dbgolfnski
      @Dbgolfnski ปีที่แล้ว

      @@urbanarkoverland perfect. This missing factor was the device usage in wattage. I googled that. Thanks!
      It seems that four 60 watt lights (240/hr) and a refrigerator (est 120/hr) would last for 5.5 hours with a 2000w power pack. Sound about right?

    Hi, I love the way you present these videos, thank you! I have a question hopefully you can help with more generally with portable power stations, I have a camper van with a factory leisure battery set up 2 100Ah AGM batteries, 150w solar, and all under warranty!! I was wondering, is there any way to integrate a portable power station or is it best to just keep them separate? Can you charge the power station through a leisure battery setup (I don't like the idea of using a cigarette lighter type plug) and connect via a 30amp outlet and a switched connector (if such a thing exists?) back into the system? It would no longer charge and the display failed. Great, now I have to send it somewhere, easy…google Bluetti repair. No problem for warranty issues but if anyone repairs these things they are keeping a secret. Max Oak, the company I bought this from, jerked me around for about 10 emails and then said we can’t help you. I tried Bluetti but they blew me off when they found out it was out of warranty. Now I have a $1,000 boat anchor. Keep in mind if you are considering using a Bluetti for your power source, if one small component fails, you’re out of power.
