Love to see you working out ❤. If I can give an advice on the pull-ups and chin-ups that helped me, instead of focusing on lifting yourself try thinking to push the bar down. This should also help make less natural to stretch your neck to try to 'cheat' the chin-ups. I have small biceps compared to the rest of my body and mother used to call me Popeye because my forearms were too big compared to my biceps 😂 ❤
