He really is a good distraction and so big that people let him butt in between their sets. “I love zeez bullshit”
The thing is that Vladimir is super light relative to his powerlifting capability by any standards. In any situation it's very impressive to see a guy that light and fragile-looking able to lift so much weight. So then when you add these tricks to it like to make him look even smaller in comparison and things like that he's old is when people's minds really get blown.
I never really do gym, just surf a lot, hike and some outdoor crossfit....but I've gotta say, I love the positive vibes in this gym. Real brotherhood. It's good to see.
In this moment of life I feel like man without future. Anatoly is the best motivation series that I ever saw, wich puts smile on my face every time. Masterfully done series. Thank you....

@@buzzkill8214 just check the video description, every single person he pranks is either a personal trainer, pro builder, fitness model/trainer. he visits the same 2-3 gyms every single time. would you not know about a guy who dresses up either as a janitor or grandad (very obvious fake janitor/grandad) and lifts heavy weights? word would go around fast. he does these "pranks" gets insane reactions, sells training programs, gets profit, not to mention the youtube money. also how did he leave ukraine? i thought men arent allowed to leave?

He reminds me of my own grandfather. Like him, my grandfather was from Ukraine, and although he didn't look extremely muscular to others, everyone who met him was in disbelief of the strength that he had and was always able to out due and out work anyone and everyone that he had ever met. Being a carpenter, he built his last house in 1985 at the age of 85, stopped riding a bike that same year because of a stroke, but powered his way back into shape to complete the house, attended to a large garden and that same summer he was attacked by a 55 year mentally crazed individual that was substantially larger than my grandfather. We had received a call from the police to come get my grandfather from the station because he had put the 55 year old in the hospital, but luckily for my grandfather, there were witnesses that had come forward. He lived until the age of 91 and had maintained his incredibly large biceps to the end.

My grand dad was a scrawny 155 pound old farmer that looked like he would have trouble getting the mail but come feeding time he could jump a four foot fence with a five gallon pail of feed grain in each hand He would out work men a third his age doing just about anything. I’m 70 and I’m here to tell you , the men of his generation were TOUGH.

@@gr8white69he secret behind it is this: when you use weights you’ll bulk up and look bigger. But if you want to build actual raw strength you need to do high rep Bodyweight workouts. I’m talking like 300-500 per excercise in a circuit style. So like 500 push ups, 500 pull ups, 500 squats regularly.
There’s an athlete called Hershel walker that done high reps workouts for many and we he touched weights he was lifting it like it was nothing.
Weights are good for aesthetics but if you want to have raw strength and be functional high rep calisthetic is the secret. Also high rep calisthetic want make you look heavy and bulky
