    It's that thing "aim the journey, not the goal", like how can we appreciate and enjoy the goal if we dont get delighted in the process??
    I must say, I am still at school, and actually my tasks are exciting when I am doing them. I released that pressure I had for grades and now I try to focus on knowing, truly learning. When I am preparing for seminars, I enjoy researching and finding deeper and deeper information.
    Also, in weekends I wonder "what will I do"? Or what do I want to do, and sometimes I think about so many things. Trusting that whatever action I will take iis the best for me has been so helpful!! I take a book, read and then follow the process of what comes to surface about that theme. It's really amazing. If there's something to set is to do that which makes you even more alive! And not something that we must get. We've been so conditioned to set goals about abilities that we need to have in order to fulfill life's expectations that we forget to book a class that we love, or an activity that we truly enjoy:(

    "Go to goals heaven" lol. Soo many good points were made already within the first 2 mins. Love the alternative goal setting you outline for us. It's so important to "work towards possibilities" and not goals.
