Ingredients
Cook you some "Pork Tenderloins" (any amount will do, this just depends on how much pork you want.) Sorry this pork tenderloins I used in my noodle were already cooked, It was leftover so I just slice some with my noodle.
Used 1 Package Of "Sapporo Ichi Ban (Read the ingredient on the back how to cook these noodle.) After my noodle is done set aside (Drain the water from noodle.)
Making my own beef broth.
Boil Water: In a pot, bring the appropriate amount of water to a boil. "Add 1Beef Bouillon Cube" 1 Chicken Bouillon Cube: Once the water is boiling, add the bouillon cubes. Stir until they are completely dissolved. Simmer: Reduce the heat and let the broth simmer for about 10-20 minutes with seasoning to allow the flavors to meld. The seasoning I added 1/2 teaspoon each: salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder.
Now it's time to combine all my ingredients
1. First you put the HOT broth in a bowl
2. Put your noodle in the bowl
3. Thinly sliced "Pork Tenderloins"
4. Crack one raw egg in ramen directly into the bowl of hot ramen noodle allowing the heat from the broth to partially cook the egg as you stir it in: Making sure your broth very hot. It will add richness and creaminess to the dish. But be cautious as the egg should be fresh and stir gently to avoid scrambling it too much.
5. I used the "Cooked shrimp" (The best way to tell if shrimp is cooked is by is appearance and texture, as it should be firm and not translucent.
6. Top with scallions and jalapenos if you don't like it hot (don't add the jalapeno.)
