Anjana was so great in this episode. You don’t expect a film set in 70s to have that unreal element but dealing with real issues of racism. Paapa was great too, such a warm funny portrayal of a demon or mental delusion.

This is my speculation. Demon 79 explores what an item, in this case a talisman, in our case, a smartphone or some other device, causes the user to do. Influences can range from being very good like finding someone to relate to, or something very horrible, in this case, killing people. So the talisman is in my opinion, a Macguffin, an item that shows up throughout history, literature, media, etc, that has some significant usage. In this show the "demon" is influencing someone in 1979, the same way our devices can be demonizing as well in our present day. I hope I'm not stretching it too much, just wanted to share my thoughts.
@wonderwoman5528 i didn't see the politician as "satan". Japan can say they perfer japanese, Africans get applauded when they say Africa for Africans, but English are called "satan". I didn't see the main character as a bad ass killer. I wasn't rooting for her at all. She was arrogant and chose to satisfy her super heroe fantasy instead of completing her mission properly. The episode was just a feminist /globalist wet dream.

@wonderwoman5528 Women and men are not on an equal physical basis, men can overpower women, and in a place like england, (where guns are banned) her killing strategy should of been more tactical and less confrontational. I am not sure he was planning on killing migrants, more like ending migration and having England for the English. This nationalism is applauded in other countries and considered evil in white nations. She was never a hero in my eyes.
