The music in this video is from the game 'Ginga Force'. It's a really great shmup that just got released on steam. If you like that kind of thing, go check it out. It's the kind of game/genre I really want to support and I hope they make more of.

I'm not a huge shmup/danmaku fan though I wish I was a bit better at those games. I've played a bunch of Ikaruga and Ketsui, but the only way I'm beating either is by credit feeding, lol

@desk What is your favorite shmup and do you have any recommendations? Fantastic video as always. I was amazed at how quickly the supers hit the sprite limit. The supers are too hype for the game to handle haha

@@Chaoskae the actual version of MVC2 doesn't even allow you too pick the same character 3 times. So a lot of this stuff is from the ported updates. So not even actual MVC2 allows this stuff. But hey we know he just wanted to bash Dbfz.

On the Dreamcast version, if you hit a ServBot during Assist-A with a THC, certain characters like Gambit and Sonson can use their super infinitely.

Cool video, Could you explain the Gambit cardingthe fuck out of servbot glitch? Also, i have Ginga Force for the x360, very nice game, great settings, weapon choices, music etc. Its just a shame Qute hasn't made anything else since :(
This lands in my recommendations, and it is some awesome shit.
I agree what one commenter said on how some of these have that final battle "going all out" vibe, like holy crap.
And besides, even as someone who has never played a game of mavhal in my life, stuff like this is legit cool crap to watch!
The strats developed in this game are, to this day, some of the deepest out there. There was a good 6 year period of something broken being discovered which would force players to adjust in ways that were just so damn clever. A great example exists in the Sentinel matchup against Cable where for the first 2-3 years only the insane person would think to pick Sentinel in that match. 3 years of dedication had given enough folks out there time to develop fast fly, unfly, etc.. add an unblockable c. HP to guard break that requires proper screen-placement and timing put Sentinel far enough in the lead where it seemed settled. Within 5 years it would be discovered that you can push block at a certain point in what was Sentinel’s strongest block string that left you in a corner eating chip from rocket punch xx super to instead ahvb through the last set of drones in the super. The timing on this is so clutch but it can be done consistently. What other game out there can you cite a glitch that became a top strategy that got beaten by other glitches only for those glitches to be trounced by one last glitch that actually balanced the two characters. That is cable ahvb becoming sentinel fly and c. HP exploits finally becomes delayed push block xx ahvb. What a game
This reminds me so much of the old Meikyoshuisui videos from back in the day (saw J00 and Yuta) were a reference. I do however wish you had ended this with the flying gambit glitch. Damn, i say very damn good shit sir.

It sucks, but I wouldnt count on it. There's always some problem with licensing and trying to get companies to play nice with each other.
