Had owned Harbeth M30.1 long time ago. It was beaten badly by a pair of Naim SBL mainly on very fast bass playback. BYW M30 was/is least colored Harbeth ever produced. Thin wall resonance approach is fine for vocal and violin which is fine if you look for that kind of sound.
@@spvlinn9009 I didn't like the bass of the M30 either, but I still think you never heard the SHL5-XD. Completely different speakers! Very all-round and complete; not only for voices and acoustical music, they can really rock! Bass is tight, deep and fast. Really hi-end and certainly not dull !
