I've been playing a crazy fun spooky dredge build, Clauriphobia, Unnerving, deathbound, and dark devotion. You can absolutely do some crazy spooky plays by throwing your terror radius while it slows down their healing then come back to beat them up once you get the scream healing proc and 0 terror radius after you hit another survivor or two, or if you're lucky got a hook and nightfall going, then you can straight up hunt them with the scream and killer instinct.
They really need to bring you on as an official commentator. Really makes it more intense and interesting being someone who doesn't know everything about killer and survivor perks like you do.

Which is basically a mass of metal and scrap, but the scrap around the head area is torn and bent in such a way that it looks like the terrifying grin of a jack'o'lantern. Also the melee weapon has a muffler, so you can smack people with motorcycle parts :)
The "Horror" Killer was mentioned in the Lore. It was biomechanical, made from World War II scrap metal. He also wore living heads that screamed. The perfect skin for Dredge
That sounds really cool, I'd love to smack Nea's with a muffler. Maybe one day we'll get a Blizzard crossover as well and I'll end up with a voidwalker skin for ol' Greg.

For some reason, I read in the title "Dredge by Daylight" The state of this game is crazy, I wouldn't have guessed even half of these plays to be optimal.
Dredge holds the honor for killer with the widest spread of love/hate. I love playing him a ton but just as much as I love him I hate playing against him that much.
Hi otz :D I've been binging ur content recently and you are quickly becoming my favorite dbd youtuber and streamer!! (there are probably better perk combos to run these are just the ones ik)
Otz, I love this content. It’s good to see you sitting back and provide commentary on top level gameplay. If you get the opportunity, could you please do more of this style of content?
I would love if you became a regular commentator for DBD tournaments (and other games too!). You have a great voice, fun accent that's easy to understand, and an animated style of commentating. Makes it so fun to watch the game with you!
This guy plays like it's his nature. He looks so comfortable the whole time. I would believe that the dredge itself was piloting this game. So impressive!
Midwich is one of the most killer sided maps and using dredge is a great map for him. There aren’t many diverse jungle gyms with multiple options mostly just loops which that killer excels with. You have to heavily outplay the killer in order to win as survivors on this map
They did very well. Burnt Letters and Malthinker's Skull are my bread and butter when it comes to add-ons. They do so much building when it comes to making Nightfall trigger. Haddie's Calendar is okay, but I think it's unnecessary. Building Nightfall or doing something to significantly change how your power works is more important for the very reason that you say where Dredge is a very technical Killer.
This match showcases how Killers standing near or patrolling a hook to force a hit or 'trade' is so boring to watch, but more importantly it's devastating to survivors because that is usually the turning point of a match; as it was for this one too. Another problem that I see is that just about all killers revert to this strategy to turn the tide of the game if they are at 0 hooked and a gen or 2 are completed. I'm glad they semi-addressed it with reassurance, but hardly anyone runs it if you're queued solo. They should really consider granting a dumbed-down version of this perk to survivor's core abilities to motivate killers to actually play the game and not use such tactics - its not fun.
Im still a bit sad that the first Dredge player we saw was unexpirienced on this killer. This match was a little heartbreaking to watch knowing killer tried the best they could
I have a fun build for dredge: Lethal Pursuer, Darkness Revealed, Iron Maiden and Eruption (though the last perk I can’t really remember) As well as the addons that reveal survivors who lock the lockers and the one that increases nightfall by 20 seconds
Genuine question, why in the endgame chat was Ratz name in black? Isn't that like a very famous old cheat in the game that makes you change color in the chat along with other cheats or was that something else that gets used for comp plays?

Otz would make a unholly amazing E-sports comentator. The way he talks so fluently and flexible-ish is really something wholesome to hear. 🤟🤟
Lol, that was INSANE!!!! THE KILLER IS USING HIS ABILITY TO DOWN A SURVIVORS!!!!! WHAT A PLAY, WHAT AN INSANELY PLAY OUT THERE!!!! If...you are watching DBD like the first time, then yes... Never understood this tournament stuff. By the way, Otz liked this killer only cos he is from Spain and hos like...friend? That just don't impress me.
For some reason, I read in the title "Dredge by Daylight"
The state of this game is crazy, I wouldn't have guessed even half of these plays to be optimal.
Dredge holds the honor for killer with the widest spread of love/hate. I love playing him a ton but just as much as I love him I hate playing against him that much.
I mean, Dredge on Midwich, he did have a pretty big advantage there, don't you think?
The Dredge is still a pretty intimidating killer to go up against IMO. I love it though.
Hi otz :D I've been binging ur content recently and you are quickly becoming my favorite dbd youtuber and streamer!! I would like to suggest a meme build:
Wesker running-Agitation, Distressing, Monitor & Abuse. All of these should add up to a 70m terror radius if im correct :) then throw a tinkerer on there and i feel it would be funny :) I hope you see this!
(there are probably better perk combos to run these are just the ones ik)
Dark devotion instead of tinkerer could be good too!
It's always so wholesome and heartwarming to see players excitedly dorking out with admiration and praise of other players.
Otz, I love this content. It’s good to see you sitting back and provide commentary on top level gameplay. If you get the opportunity, could you please do more of this style of content?
It’s always cool to see Otz react to top tier killers and survivors. He always provides valuable insight into why they do what they do. 🙌
I found myself paying way more attention to you commentating than whatever I was doing. You're really good at this! lol
2:56 what’s the thing going past the corner of the locker there? Is it just an Easter egg of the map? It looks like a survivor but no scratches.
Bruh, this was awesome. More videos of you commentating would be greatly appreciated
i know lil to nothing on perks and add ons so watching you makes it feel like i learn and want to keep watching dbd
I would love if you became a regular commentator for DBD tournaments (and other games too!). You have a great voice, fun accent that's easy to understand, and an animated style of commentating. Makes it so fun to watch the game with you!
Amazing commentary, Otz! Learned a few new things from everyone. Great trial, everyone did fantastic.
That was easily one of the best games of DbD I have ever watched, thanks for sharing.
Not to diminish his skill, but his perks played big role in his win. Not to say he was completely carried by them, but they did really help him.
yea those perks are crazy. im trying to get them but i dont see me using them alot cuz they kinda diminish the fun cuz theyre so good
Amazing game, even better with your commentary, thanks Otz
They did very well. Burnt Letters and Malthinker's Skull are my bread and butter when it comes to add-ons. They do so much building when it comes to making Nightfall trigger. Haddie's Calendar is okay, but I think it's unnecessary. Building Nightfall or doing something to significantly change how your power works is more important for the very reason that you say where Dredge is a very technical Killer.
This just goes to show that a basic anti-loop and teleporting killer is quite strong.
Watching Otz's Reaction Is Amazing Cause You Can See How Much He Enjoys This Game!
This was super fun to watch! Give's a lot of insight of things to think about when playing this game!
Im still a bit sad that the first Dredge player we saw was unexpirienced on this killer. This match was a little heartbreaking to watch knowing killer tried the best they could
Yea it's sad and we've all been there.
You do understand this team (eternal) has won all 3 tournaments? so he is not inexpirienced at all
I have a fun build for dredge: Lethal Pursuer, Darkness Revealed, Iron Maiden and Eruption (though the last perk I can’t really remember)
As well as the addons that reveal survivors who lock the lockers and the one that increases nightfall by 20 seconds
Genuine question, why in the endgame chat was Ratz name in black? Isn't that like a very famous old cheat in the game that makes you change color in the chat along with other cheats or was that something else that gets used for comp plays?
That intro made me literally (yes, literally, not metaphorically) spill my drink xD
When I was doing the winter archive, I didn’t bother looking at the dredge cosmetic, I thought it would just be glowing eyes or something. Needless to say, I was very surprised…
Best "This is Otz" bit I've seen so far.
