@@heartanddwelling i do like hard boiled eggs. So I definitely need to give that a try. I actually bought an island but I just don’t have the space for it in my kitchen. It was such a bummer. But the extra space to prep with is always so nice

Hey Jacquie ☺️ how’s your week been going?? I learned about the upside down cast iron years ago when I first started using cast irons. Its such a skill once you know all the little tricks that come with using that kind of pan ☺️ The eggs taste very savory, the base is soy sauce so you get that umami flavor but also the taste of all the other ingredients since it marinates in that yummy broth! I also like to make a spicy version for me and my husband and it’s delicious! I’ll post the recipe for you soon! Oh yes that window squeegee is so so good! I’ll post that for you as well ☺️
