I'm not sure what you are seeing, but guessing you need to give Zoom access to your camera and mic on your phone. If that is the problem, you could try searching online for directions for your type of phone if you don't know how.
Hi,hope you're doing well. I've recently received an zoom invitation and all information such as link, ID, password, and a seat number in a pdf file. My question is that; 1. Am I supposed to download the file and then click on the link? 2. I don't know when and where I should enter the seat number. Would you please answer my question today since my zoom meeting is scheduled for tomorrow. I really appreciate your help.
I'm not familiar with a seat number. My suggestion would be to open the pdf and click the link a few minutes before the meeting starts, and then watch for a prompt to enter the seat number.

I have an android phone. It does not give me the option of background. I'm not sure what to do about that. I believe I have the most recent Zoom on my phone.
@@padmabasavatia3827 Is the problem that you can't change the background shown for you when you are on a Zoom call on your phone? Some phones may not support that feature in the Zoom app.
That’s a good question. It probably varies depending on if you are hosting or a participant and what happens during the session. Have you tried searching the question?

If you have the most recent Zoom update for your phone, it may be a limitation of your phone.
Do you have a video for Android or is it the same as Iphone?
I'm guessing they would be very similar, but I don't have an Android phone to check.

You can turn the controls on and off in the settings, but I'm not sure that does what you are looking for.

Sounds like the app is different on your iphone. I hope you have figured it out.
