I think Honda gave up. They tried to target younger people from late eighties to early 2000's. Regular people tend to buy BMW or something else over Honda in sports car segment etc. NSX wasn't that popular actually. Didn't sell that great. Only now people appreciate them after Honda gave up on fun cars. But more than anything i think it's the Green car stuff that got Honda. Trying to make Hybrids stuff and being "futuristic". CRZ was a poor try at that. Performance and style should come first. CRX was probably the best platform. They should have continued it like Mazda does with Miatas. Prelude was quite popular too. I think we have to look to Japan to figure why cars are boring. Look at their Kei Cars. Dull and boring family commuters. Most people use them there. Japan might stop producing proper cars in future. There is no market in Japan for them at least in the future. That may kill the creativity even if they try to keep making cars for other market areas.

lucky to have been the owner of afew different cars, 300whp r32 gtst, 410whp rb25 s13, 350whp s15 and my most current 800whp sr22vet s15, during the time i was building the s15 i decided to purchase a honda ep3 type r as my daily driver (reason for its purchase was i wanted good fuel economy gets me close to 400kms per 40L tank and thats flogging it everywhere, easy to park and zippy through traffic) its absolutely astounding how much performance they have straight out of the box, i honestly never thought theyd be such a great little car, wish i bought one sooner, nissan fan now converted lol im actuallu thinking of boosting my type R now even though i said id keep it stock for daily use, great content btw and sick little dc5r, keep bringing out the great vids mate

I tried to watch FYD and subbed for a bit but hes just clueless about how cars actually work and actual car culture. He likes to pose in cars and likes the scene tax but is actually completely clueless. Plus his vocab is incredibly limited. 'I think this and er its very very that'...

Raced one of those once in the states its an RSX, he had a 50 trim on it putting out around 420 hp... car was not quick because FWD, but man was it a frieght train after 60 mph when it hooked up

If you had a quaife in the stock Starlet box (C52) it would have unequal length shafts. Only optional factory LSD had equal length shafts.
