This special yoga nidra meditation and visualization practice can be used during the day as a power nap of sorts if you are feeling tired, or as a way to help you fall asleep and enjoy extremely replenishing and healing sleep. It has been said that 1 hour of yoga nidra equates to 4 hours of deep sleep. Using this systematic approach of rotating consciousness to relax and help you connect with the present moment to develop peace of mind and body.

I guess the universe heard me!🌙💫 But what did you do with your normal speaking pace? Did you try a slower pace? To be honest, i'm so in love with your normal pace 💓

I absolutely love the meditations on this channel and listen every single night but am usually asleep before it gets to the listing of body parts in this video. I was awake tonight and couldn't keep up with the list while breathing and saying the suggested words. I had to stop because it was frustrating. Sorry.

I find this woman’s voice harsh and grating and just can’t past it though I’ve tried and tried
Didn't like the beginning. Rotation of consciousness thru body to fast but I did enjoy the rest.
I appreciate the yoga nidra but you take more then 10 mins to get into it . It's a bit misleading if your expecting a 40 mom yoga nidra

this isn't really a yoga nidra, more of a hypnosis. yoga nidra focuses heavily on the body. there isn't enough time on each body part. frustrating! I do normally like your work but this one was a miss for me.
I like these meditations you do, but the pace of speaking was way too slow in this one.
That was a lot of talking but not yoga nidra. Yoga nidra asks you to bring your awareness to all the different parts of the body in a specific order, this is not it.
First MM I haven't liked ... sounds like the audio track is running at half speed
