i was born in the 1800's, lived more than 200 years, have never figured out technology in any capacity until i found this video and now i can "4-stock" a "spacie." thank you
For me widescreen didn't work at first. If this happnes to someone else just make sure that you switch your aspect ratio from 73:60 (Melee) to stretch to window mode and then it should work.
The widescreen tips worked perfectly, but trying to drag my ISO into the Animelee pack doesn't work, only saying "copy" instead of the "+open with" that you had at 1:27. I tested my ISO using the link in the instructions but it's the correct one, so I don't know what to do
Make sure after you unzipped the animelee folder that you drag it onto your desk top or save it on your computer first before you drag the original ISO in and see if that fixes it
thanks for the info! Just one question, though. If you don't have a Melee ISO, but an official Melee disk + external disk drive, how would you manage animelee + slippi stuff with that? Would it just work the same way as the iso file or someway else?
My melee iso is just widescreen 16:9 in 4:3 mode instead of taking up the full screen when I check it off in properties, any help? Also, is 1080p or 720p the optimal resolution for input lag even on a 1440p 144hz monitor more than the WQHD option?
You need to make sure in graphics under the general tab that your aspect ratio and full screen resolution are set to auto, and make sure the widescreen hack gecko code is enabled. If your widescreen isn’t working then you missed one of those two steps. And internal resolution shouldn’t affect input lag you should run it on whatever your pc can handle 1080p is fine
if you mean you manually select your iso everytime then you can go into dolphin and make the path for the folder your iso is in and it will show up when you start dolphin. you just go to options> configuration> paths
Widescreen is obviously a cheat ridiculous they would allow that natively on Slippi, but I'm not surprised given the scene is dominated by cheatcode controllers now.
I get these 3 errors when trying to place my iso onto the bat. When I open it up it only changes the % sign during gameplay but nothing else :( xdelta3: target window checksum mismatch: XD3_INVALID_INPUT xdelta3: normally this indicates that the source file is incorrect xdelta3: please verify the source file with sha1sum or equivalent
nice wallpaper
Ayy thank you for making it. It’s such a sick wallpaper

I literally have never used a computer but I was able to figure this out thanks to this video. Incredible!
how good is your reaction time though ??
This was so helpful and step-by-step, thank you Purp!
You're insane!! Although I already know all this, i just want to let you know that you're gonna go far fast
Great video
Thanks, I had no idea it was that easy to implement widescreen
cheers for the quick and easy guide mate

how do i do this?
yeah that's what I had to do also
@@cowblast_ incase anyone in the future needs to know you go to dolphin, click graphics, and should be right there under aspect ratio..

Is it possible to put deadzone on a gc controller? I have been searching for MONTHS and don't find anything.
Bruh subbed and belled
Thanks!
Do you need slippi for this to work?
idk why it wont let me drag my iso into the file like it just wont let me drop it it forces to make a copy
there is only one animelee pack available...
Does anyone have a Mac tutorial for this? I am on a new Mac book pro and it just won't allow me to drag into the .bat file?
the "open" feature is greyed out while the game is running :// also the bat file does not create a new ISO after dragging Melee in there.

You can rip the iso from it
You just write "animelee" on the disc and put the disc into your PC 👍

My faster melee emulator doesn't have the melee iso (but I can still play). So how can I access properties?

did you solve it? im having the same issue
@@xdfreak00 I did not yet sorry man :(
the issue is usualy that your file is a .ciso and not an .iso.
