your method of drawing the face is sooo much better than Loomis method. And more practical.

“Running out of face” hits me for every drawing when it comes to drawing an open mouth or one at an angle 🤣

Man you are so on point with getting comfortable drawing the same expression.I find myself trying to feel my way around to different ones but seem to revert back to drawing same but I guess I have to stop being so stagnant

Great! Thanks a lot. It was very informative to see how little changes to the eyebrows, etc. make big changes in the overall expressions.

    Someone: "Try yelling"
    Top left drawing: "Like this?"
Someone: "Now try looking angry while yelling"
    Middle drawing: "Like this??"
Someone: "Don't look at me, look ahead."
Top right drawing: "You know, my jaw's beginning to hurt."
    Someone: "Okay then, try smirking."
    Bottom left: "Easy."
Someone: "Uh... nevermind. Just keep your mouth shut."
Bottom right: "Wasted my damn time on this."

bruh I've drawn a mouth and been like "Eh not really what I had in mind" then proceeded to draw like 11 other mouths, my paper getting thinner and just losing texture and eventually I come back to the EXACT same mouth I started with...dafuq is with artists amiright?

As I was watching your work I noticed if you look at the sides of the face up to the cheek bone area as well , you can almost imagine it being like a torso . Also the amount of fullness on the lower cheeks or gowl can almost be equivalent to the body fat on the torso like love handles. I don't know if that makes sense to you but it crossed my mind while watching you. Your work is awesome too and that's just a rough thing you're doing. Man I could picture you doing something like Boris Valejo. Wether I spelt that right I'm sure you probably know who I'm talking about. Thanks for the video and God bless.

Second one is him questioning "Why is this monster showing it's ass at me, Third one is. "Hey stop mooning me!" The 4th one is " You know what...that's a pretty nice ass yea got there monsta!" The last one is him mad he can't get da booty. lol
