The area was so beautiful, we had no idea Bolivia had so many more amazing sights that the Salt flats. Of course the flats were amazing too. We're glad you enjoyed 😁
You guys are so sweet and entertaining! I enjoy your videos so much! Love the gorgeous sunsets and sunrises! Glad you were able to appreciate that hot spring as well! I seriously enjoyed the perspective videos! So much fun! Take care and safe travels. Rita from Missouri, USA
Thank you so much for the kind compliments Rita! It is so nice to hear you enjoyed this video and our others as well. The Bolivian Salt Flats truly blew us away!
The pringles can shot was perfect haha. You make great videos, really well edited. This video made me realize I HAVE to go to Bolivia when I finally manage to get to South America.
Thank you for commenting and letting us know you enjoyed the video! Bolivia really blew us away in our few weeks there but we really wish we'd had more time to explore the country. Definitely worth a visit on your trip to South America! It's really inexpensive and has such a distinct culture - we loved it!
Thanks so much and yes! It was a jam packed few days with sights so good it was hard to pick a favourite. The perspective photos however will go down as one of thr most hilarious and touristy things we've done 😅🤭
Wow, again… this hot spring sunset😍 and even better the salt flats, you probably you had hours of fun creating cool pictures… i would too! (Shalom from israel)
Nice vlog! What tour did you book for your experience? Everything I find is just for the salt flats and you were ableto get a great variety of experiences!
Hey there! We had a great time on our tour, but in the end we wouldn't recommend the company we chose. However, we have friends who did the same 3-day tour with a company called Salty Desert Aventours and they had a wonderful time with them! We would recommend you check them out. They're really responsive on Whats'App and can answer any questions you have!
We went with Andes Salt Expedition. Our tour was a little bit different because we did the normal 2night/3day route in reverse order so that enabled us to see the sunrise at the spa which was magical. Enjoy your travel planning and let us know if you have any questions!
Glad you enjoyed! We went in April and the weather was perfect and there was water on the ground so we could get that mirror effect. I think if we waited a month later there would have been no water (although the tours could take you to other islands not normally accessible when there is water there). Good luck with the travel planning!
We're so glad you enjoyed the video! Bolivia is such a beautiful place, it was hard to take a bad photo! The 2day 3night tour was 1200 Bolivianos per person plus 150 bob for the park fee. For the two of us we paid about 2700 bob total which is about $400 usd. To be honest it was worth it. Many operators seem to be around that price range. You can also get a better rate if you go with a Spanish speaking group (I think it was about 900 bob per person instead of 1200). Let us know if you have any other questions!
@@nicoleandmico Nice. I assumed you are going to Peru next? I recommend going to Lake Titicaca. The lake sits in between Bolivia and Puno, Peru. I was there a few years ago. Thanks
We actually hopped over to Ecuador to meet some friends so Peru will come after that. Yes we heard a lot about Lake Titicaca. It looks quite touristy though and we werent sure if it would be worth it. What are your thoughts and can you recommend any activities?
@@nicoleandmico ah, may not worth the effort since it is all the way to the eastern side of Peru. Most People go to Cusco to see Machu Picchu. The main attraction is to see people living on man-made islands on Lake Titicaca. The islands are made of straws…Very bouncy.
Haha we did not know about the "bounciness" of the island!!! 😆 it might be worth traveling all the way from Cusco to Lake Titicaca to verify! Our plans are open so maybe we might, we'll see 😁 thanks for the advice 😊
Hi po. Although we had a great time on the tour, we actually can't recommend the tour company we went with. We really made the most of it, but there were quite a few things that the company could have done better at. Sorry we can't provide you with a recommendation!
This video deserves a million views 🎉
I think this trip is my fave. Amazing! Thanks for sharing.
We really love this video as well; the trip was just so much fun!! Those sunset colours were out of this world 🙀

@@nicoleandmico Thanks!!! This definitely helps!
The flats are eagerly awaiting some land speed records 🏎🚀
We just need someone with a fast car to come by!😉
@@nicoleandmico Heh heh. I drove by some salt fields in Saskatchewan on my way back to Winnipeg this past weekend…
Any land speed records broken?
@@nicoleandmico likely, yes 🙃
The best way to enjoy any salt flats!
