I was quaking through some of the strengthening portions of this sequence, but all for a good cause; tomorrow my body will be thanking me. I enjoyed the creative flow between the hands-free low lunge to half splits; that was fun and challenging. Started out absolutely hating this class due to the slow postures and excessive talking, thinking it wasn't challenging me enough with the basic postures this class provides. This was until I completely surrendered to the strength this practice was bringing me. The slow pace of basics allowed me to tap into so much stability and strength, that I usually tend to overlook. Allowed me to release and transmute some anger, frustration, and impatience with myself. Thank you for the challenge :)

very challenging for my legs! Instead of alternating, she focuses on doing the whole right side, then the whole left side. Afterward there was more flow and alternation. definitely felt like a stretch and strengthening workout!
Seriously love this flow. The energy you bring to it is so positive and easy. The flow is challenging and mindful. BUT .. the reason for this post.. I’m assuming the wall behind you is an appliqué? can you tell me where Alo picked it up??
I didn't like this class to be honest. I was frustrated that often, you didn't explain verbally exactly when to lift, set-down different limbs and differentiate between right and left. I'm someone who doesn't keep their eyes glued to the screen at all times and I kept finding myself behind. Also, there was a bit too much talking in an number of poses and not enough focus on breathing.
Talking was a bit too much, constantly waiting what is the next move,very hard to focus the breath and the move when the instructor constantly talking. Yoga is not about just the move, is also about the focus and the breath.

This was such a sneaky workout. I woke up sore all over my body, really worked the fine-tuned muscles I normally don't use.
