I learned this method from Gemma with the hot chocolate sauce, you can add 1teaspoon of cornstarch into 2tablespoon of water and add to chocolate sauce mixture when you were still cooking them (but only after all the chocolate melted and everything well combined). Adding cornstarch mixture will help thickened the chocolate sauce and makes it look more like actually dipping sauce.

I just tried this and used 2 large eggs instead of 3 medium size eggs and It came out perfectly. Crispy on the outside chewy and soft in the inside. Thank you po for the simple and easy recipe ❤︎

You can also use this same batter to make cream puffs. Just pipe onto a tray and bake on high heat for 20mins + medium heat for 10mins, take out and slice a hole on the side, then bake on low for 10-1mins more. Leave the door slightly open then let it completely cool inside. When cooled down, pipe your preferred filling inside and coat with melted chocolate or caramel. This is recipe is Mexican churros btw (Spanish churros does not have eggs).
