elitefts please don't be afraid to promote your gear. I started lifting in 89. Back then in the UK the only way to get this sort of coaching was to be part of an Olympic team. And you give us all this for free. I think all of your content should promote your product at the same time as giving us info. People like Big boy seem to be doing good with the merchandise. I know he has a slightly different market. but I think he strikes a good balance between. Content. And promo. Thanks elitefts🙏🏻👊

Got it for my garage gym when it came out. Limitless options. Really like to mount it high on the J hooks and do pull-ups with 8 different grips.

I've had one of those for almost a year. It's great for rows and benching. Definitely a shoulder saver for an old meathead. A good power bar, an SSB bar and this bar are the only bars you need.

I’ve had this about 3 years now. It’s great for everything you stated. You didn’t mention that there’s 16 different grips really. Not just flipping the bar for the camber but completely turning it around. Oddly enough I do straight bar inverted rows and have never thought to do the camber!

Bought one in the UK months ago... I probably use it for 8 different exercises over a training week. Definitely worth the money... Which isn't a ton either.

This video is full of truth. I got it last year and was well worth it. It's the only bar that I do seated overhead press with. It's the main of on my chest days (cluster sets on two outside, then the two inside handles) to start the session). I got 5 specialty bars last year (Ohio deadlift bar, SS Yoke Bar, Rogue 8 inch log, rackable fat EZ curl, American Cambered Bar) in addition to the Ohio power bar and the American Cambered Bar really stuck out. So, so worth getting.

To make it even more versatile, you could release a hard foam round cover/case, that fits around the bar and converts it into a strongman style log training bar. An extra that could be purchased separately or additionally.

Yes! Inverted rows, I found them doing exactly what you explained, looking for row variations in the home gym. It's been a ton of pullups and weird rows, but inverted rows are great and I would love the neutral grip on a swiss bar like that.

Yes, I agree with the all people and stating that this is an awesome bar because it has so many options. There are many multi grip bars out there and consumers have various options and don’t know which one to go with. Therefore, videos like this highlight The product and reasons why it stands out. I would definitely recommend this bar to anyone debating which multi grip bar to get.

I wouldn't mind a sales pitch. I believe in you guys, been on here since the dinosaurs. Your equipment seems super cool and I wouldn't believe for a second it's bad. My gym (working there in both ways) don't get EliteFTS probably 'cause we're a branched chain in a small town in Sweden. We do have old Nautilus gear and alot of Eleiko. And you can tell when there's quality over cheap. Keep it up you guys. Love you all and massive respect. ❤️
