USE ROOTBEER CONCENTRATE FOR ROCK CANDY! The flat kind that’s broken up into pieces and shaken in powdered sugar! We make it during the holidays in a bunch of flavors!
Homemade rock candy is holiday crack. It's so affordable to make and pretty simple. Oh! And delicious!!!
My mom used to make that all the time. That’s what I immediately thought of when she started talking about it. Powdered sugar on it is the best!

😥 This comment brought good memories from when we used to visit my grandma in Mexico every yr and would go to the Mercado de ruedas (rolling market) they would call them and we would always get a bunch of the mini foods. they were so cute I loved them. Sadly Hurricane Katrina took them away.😭

I think in some southern states they say Jello for anything that is Jello brand. It doesn't matter if it is pudding or actual jello.

I grew up in the south & nobody I know calls pudding jello. I think it’s because like someone said she read jello & didn’t consider that it’s actually pudding 😹
Jell-O is the brand and the actual item in the box is pudding. The flavors you’re thinking of is Jell-O gelatin. They’re two completely different things made by the same company. One you can use as pie filling while the other you can make shots with. 😬

I made homemade root beer with root beer concentrate, sugar and dry ice. So good.
Root beer concentrate can be used to make your own homemade root beer. You can also use it as a sundae topping over vanilla ice cream to make it taste like a root beer float. It can be used to make different types of candy and fudge (you can use either the concentrate or extract depending on how strong you want the flavor). I know someone that likes to put it in their tea. I personally have not tried that yet, but she likes it.

Bunny, you could make a little grocery store with shelves to display the Mini Brands, that is what I am working on with mine. It's Barbie sized with two 1/2 walls with shelves, plus I'm going to make some aisle shelves for the middle as well. I'm just using cardboard from Amazon boxes for the most part and painting them with acrylic paint. It's a fun project!
If you’re making hard candy you can use the concentrate instead of reducing a can of pop back into syrup. 🙂
I've started filming opening blind bags of all kinds, because I open them with my kids so why not record it. Lol. Anyway they wanted to open a mini brands so I let them, and the first one they opened was the cheese wedge! They yelled that I needed to mail it to you! We love your opening videos. Aww praying for you and your kitty. I was in a very similar situation a month ago with my dog, she had gotten a very bad infection and required 2 surgeries and a blood transfusion...worse week of my life, so I greatly empathize with you.

I’ve had such a bad time. I can’t stop crying. I’m sad all the time. My depression is usually there and I’m sad but numb and don’t cry now I’m just crying. Bunny’s voice is like safety to me.. the year I found her was the last time I remember being happy because the following year when I was hooked and a huge fan I had open heart surgery and bone marrow transplant and all my bad luck kicked off then but I always had bunny to entertain me in grave yards or showing her outfits on that bridge.. I loved that bridge! Or by the water and the creepy man was watching her.. I’ve been her day one fan. She feels like my day one too.. when things were bad in hospital I always had bunny.

Hi Bunny, love your video's! make a Root beer cake and add a tablespoon of the concentrate in as well. The root beer its self doesn't really make the cake taste like an actual root beer. Also, you can add in frostings. hope you try it. Keep being such an inspiration for all.

Hey Bunny. Root Beer Concentrate is used in baking, like for Root Beer Float Cookies or Root Beer Float Fudge, etc. Sometimes using the concentrate is better than the actual beverage. You get the flavor, without the fizz, which can effect the texture, flavor, etc. I've also heard of ppl using it to marinate meats.

Rootbeer flavoring would be to flavor candy - since adding actual rootbeer would change the chemicals but the flavoring would not.

Honeycombs has not been discontinued, atleast for a long time. My kids love that cereal. I've probably bought a box everytime I go to grocery store since my daughter was 6 and she is 18 now.

My dad makes a cake with root beer buttercream icing !! It’s yellow cake and then he makes the icing from scratch and adds the root beer concentrate instead of vanilla ( I’m sure you could use store bought and just add a few drops of the concentrate but omg it’s so good !!! He also makes homemade vanilla ice cream and adds some of the concentrate to it to make a root beer float flavored ice cream 😍😍😍😍

Rootbeer concentrate is used to make homemade rootbeer. You add water, sugar, and yeast. You let it set out for a set amount of time and the yeast creates the fizz.
Rootbeer concentrate is used in baking and candy making. If you make a frosting you don't want the full liquid from the soda you'd want the concentrate. Same with candy, the soda would be too wet and make a bitter taste so you'd want to use the concentrate. You could also use it in a BBQ sauce recipe where you wanted a little anise flavor with a twist, you could add a little of the concentrate and it wouldn't mess with your sauce ratios, where as, a large amount of soda would need to be boiled down to get the flavor hit you'd get from just a small amount of concentrate.

If no one has said it already, the root beer concentrate would be used for candies and stuff where the amount of liquid from a can of actual root beer would be far too much liquid, i.e rock candy, sweets, drinks, etc.
