Awesome video! I'm guilty of loving every level of djent. This type of metal is just amazing to me! I was wonder if you had any tips on how to get your drum sound? I've been trying for weeks to get this exact "squishy" sounding drum kit and I can't figure it out. I've come close, but yours sounds so much cleaner. Glad you liked it! Definitely also guilty of loving the entry level Djent as well, haha. I'm actually using Modern & Massive, heavily processed though. Not a single trick to making them sound a certain way, sadly. But for kick, don't be afraid to EQ and compress heavily. I have tons of processing for my kick. As for the snare, I think it's important to realize that each snare track is gonna sound horrible on it's own. You just need to know what you want to get out of it. Snare top is where the main part of the snare's body comes from, snare bottom is the high-end "snap" of the snare, and the room sounds are where the "smack" comes from.
