Cheap but faulty solar LED Garden Light

Can this cheap solar powered LED garden light be fixed?
It might not seem worth fixing, but i hate throwing things away if they can be repaired.
I do think that there is a hair line crack in the mainboard, that is what is causing the intermittant drop out of power.
