Rictus rage screaming while tearing off the supercharger during the climax is one of the most bad-ass, goosebump-inducing moments in film. Ever. RIP Nux
The War Boys, Kamikaze war boys. Nux was fated to die, no matter how much we all wanted to deny it. In the beginning he talked about how Joe may let him drive the war rig, and after loosing faith in his idol, he chose to help his true family. Nux death had me shook. But his girl would become a Valkyrie, taking his soul to the gates of Valhalla. No chrome, no screaming, just a slow, soft “witness me.” He knew what he had to do. Nux, the true main charter died a badass death, saving his friends on the fury road. He didn’t die just another war boy, he died as a friend, a lover, and a optimistic soul. He died as Nux.
Capable was Nux Valkyrie, carrying his soul to Valhalla. She does even the gesture the woman-tribe (forgot their name) used when someone beloved died, imaginary grabbing his soul to their heart. This scene is so freaking deep, it hurts.
According to how I see it, it could be true. As the War Rig went upside down, it didn't entirely crush the cab, and as the Doof Wagon ran into it, it only hit the back of the truck, not the cab.
Honestly when we watched this in cinema, the stereo sound and when the monster truck drove over the camera and suddenly the epic sound track, man everyone was breathless, this is one of the most original movies every, it's something new and it is very brave from someone to do such a movie, well done.

And original idea would be STAR WARS ROGUE ONE, it no longer focuses on the jedi wich is what really the star wars movie its all about, but on Jyn a heroin with no super powers or even a lifesaver.

this moment means SO MUCH to me. he is recognized by the PEOPLE he died for, not a mass of people who will never even remember his name or face. at the end of the day, he died FOR SOMETHING. that makes his death more meaningful than maybe all of the other warboys and even immortan joe combined.
How is this scene so perfect? Nux's "Witness Me", then the crash at the pass, then the musical score switching to solemn Viking-esque chanting whilst the doof warriors guitar flies towards us. And then, the wheel of the war rig comes right at the screen and it's all timed so perfectly.
No, she was his Valkyrie, carrying his soul to Valhalla. She does even the gesture the woman-tribe (forgott their name) used when someone loved died, grabbing his soul to their heart. This scene has such a deep meaning it hurts.
Warboys usually need to get high to sacrifice themselves, but Nux was the only one who gave his life without the need of a drug, he was already high with that thing called "love".

I love Nux, this scene hurt so much and as much as I want to deny his death, There's no way he survived that, The truck fell onto the area where Nux was.
Well I mean, it’s obvious he died regardless of the way the truck fell. The whole point of this scene, with its emotional music and slowed pace, is to tell the audience that this is going to be the moment he dies and sacrifices his life for the safety of the only people who didn’t see him as just another nameless indispensable Warboy, a cog in the machine. The whole movie he’s looking for something to die for, something that will make him significant, something that will make him “witnessed”, and he finally achieves that when he finds one thing that’s really worth dying for. His death here isn’t just a sad moment, but a fulfilling one. It completes his character.
