If you liked Kipo and She-ra you should watch Tangled the series. It's a series with good characters, good character development, plot and great songs. I will warn you that it gets off to a very slow start and has a lot of filler. But the good outweighs the bad in my opinion.

Pl ot Well, I can tell you some things. I got three whole friends into Carmen Sandiego by sharing just one really endearing edit of the show (practically no spoilers as well tbh). Then, I convinced a stranger to see the newest Netflix version of Carmen Sandiego (they're a fan of the 1980's Carmen Sandiego) by showing them a little bit of the Carmen Sandiego Interactive Movie and EACH AND EVERYONE OF THEM absolutely loved the series and we're excited to watch season three... which we still haven't seen since I'm busy (we watch the show together, my friends and I). Carmen Sandiego's such an interesting little gem on Netflix, it has a lot of love and care put into the entire thing and you can really see that when you watch it yourself. I think most people would appreciate this series and that's why I strongly IMPLORE strangers, friends, family to check out Carmen Sandiego (I'm going to get my mom into Carmen Sandiego right after I finish this comment). Also, you GOTTA watch the Netflix interactive movie of Carmen Sandiego AFTER you finish the main series, it's really fun and again, I was able to get that other stranger into the new show because of it.
This season does a really good job of establishing that Carmen isnt perfect. She's wrong, she underappreciates the twins, she nearly dies to an enemy she cant fight (nature), she struggles with the fact that she needs time to heal, and she gets doubt planted in her head by her evil-mom. She always bounces back though and folks like a plucky protagonist.

Graham only appears at the end, that actually seems like it's going to be a season 4 thing. Player is not forced out of his room. Carmen gives up on finding her mother after the first episode. Ivy doesn't get a girlfriend, yet. Shadowsan is fine. They don't go to Egypt.

Definitely enjoyable and moved the plot more than I expected after realising what was happening, but I'm hoping season 4 or 5 will jump back on the train. I wouldn’t call the relationship with Carmen and Gray “predatory”. It’s actually a quite real and human relationship. People grow and people change, and us as humans have to see people we’ve known be like a completely different person. That’s what’s happening with Carmen and gray, they’re both seeing each other in a new light, and as a completely different person, and that’s not a bad thing, it shows a very human thing. Makes the characters feel more real. And then there’s the thing that Carmen saw gray as a big brother at one point, now that may be true but that’s how many best friendships are like. What about all those best friends to lovers relationships in shows and movies? Feelings can change. A lot of best friendships who may see the other as a sister/ brother, can start gaining attraction, and having romantic feelings. I know you say that he’s older so it’s “bad” but we don’t entirely know by how much. We can probably assume he may be 22-24 and while Carmen is 20 at the moment. So they’re both adults. One is not a child. It’s not predatory or pedophilic. When she was younger and 16, I can see not liking it, but neither of them showed any romantic attraction towards each other when they were younger. She’s no longer a child though and now she’s a full adult, and they’re seeing each other in a new light. Many childhood friends with a bit of an age gap CAN start to like each other later in life, as they’re older. It’s just a natural thing. So, it’s a bit weird that your calling their relationship “problematic” when it’s in all honesty, a very human, and real, relationship.

The new format is confusing.I can't tell 'who' is talking without hardcore staring at the super tiny masks. The jokes are less funny that way as well and it also gets confusing rather or not you like stuff or not because noth sides say different stuff. I kinda got a sense of the romantic style relationship with Graham from the beginning so it doesnt bother me but its interesting to find out some people didnt.
I like the critical range that the two different characters allow you to explore, it makes your commentary more complete and the back and forth makes it more entertaining.

I like to give reboots a chance because there is such thing as a product great like, or being as good as, its source. I just loved the CS reboot. Its art style is so unique to me, and its plot is delivered in a smooth way. I'm by no means an expert at this sort of thing, so take my rating with a grain of salt. I would give it an 8/10
I really like this new format even though it's 5 months old hah. I don't see how Graham and Carmen had a sibling relationship at all. They barely spent their lives together no more that a couple of years. Were already teens when they met. It's no different than two high schoolers attending the same school. I really only saw them at best as friends. It's not like Catra and Adora (toxic stuff aside) where they really were raised practically together as babies, really making it a sibling relationship. I dig Carmen and Graham, because without VILE's teachings over him, he's a chill dude and Carmen sees him in a different light.

I would just like to point out that when they met Carmen was 17 (the show creator said that Carmen was 16 when she first met player and we know she joined the school the following year) and Graham was at least 22 (minimum vile recruitment age) of course they are both adults now, and he doesn’t remember her has a teen but for some reason it still bothers me (tbh it’s probably because I’ve never liked any straight ships 😆) I’m not saying you are wrong, I just disagree🙂

Shadow_ Spite, yeah but you used that as a comparison which isn’t exactly a good comparison also the way I see it’s a horrible idea that a girl has to fix the guy she is in a relationship with, and their past and future relationships are built on lies. Hell his past self wasn’t exactly hesitant on killing Carmen.

She doesn’t have to fix him? She’s not even trying to fix him. She’s trying to protect him by keeping him out of this. Also, if Gray was “not hesitant” with killing her like you say he is, than why was when he first got on the train, he could’ve killed her right then and there, but instead he just put a static cling on her. He was ordered to kill her, but he couldn’t. And no, it’s not because Vile wanted him to bring her back, I’m sure they just wanted him to kill her. He could’ve, but he didn’t. And then there’s the moment where he actually was gonna do it, he looked sad and was still hesitant. He didn’t do it immediately. So he’s not so willing to kill her, but he had to from orders from vile. But he was hesitant.
And I used the childhood friend thing as a comparison, if you read my comment, to compare how friends can gain romantic attraction later in life when they’re older, just like them.
And this is what I’m talking about, he might’ve been a “villain” back then, but with these newfound feelings, it can lead to him having a redemption.

The new format is confusing.I can't tell 'who' is talking without hardcore staring at the super tiny masks. The jokes are less funny that way as well and it also gets confusing rather or not you like stuff or not because noth sides say different stuff.

I kinda got a sense of the romantic style relationship with Graham from the beginning so it doesnt bother me but its interesting to find out some people didnt.
I like the critical range that the two different characters allow you to explore, it makes your commentary more complete and the back and forth makes it more entertaining.

I like to give reboots a chance because there is such thing as a product great like, or being as good as, its source. I just loved the CS reboot. Its art style is so unique to me, and its plot is delivered in a smooth way. I'm by no means an expert at this sort of thing, so take my rating with a grain of salt. I would give it an 8/10

I don't see how Graham and Carmen had a sibling relationship at all. They barely spent their lives together no more that a couple of years. Were already teens when they met. It's no different than two high schoolers attending the same school. I really only saw them at best as friends. It's not like Catra and Adora (toxic stuff aside) where they really were raised practically together as babies, really making it a sibling relationship.
I dig Carmen and Graham, because without VILE's teachings over him, he's a chill dude and Carmen sees him in a different light.
Tbh, we don’t know much about Graham. I really wanna see him again in season 4, I really don’t know a lot about his personality except, he’s pretty chill ig.
I would just like to point out that when they met Carmen was 17 (the show creator said that Carmen was 16 when she first met player and we know she joined the school the following year) and Graham was at least 22 (minimum vile recruitment age) of course they are both adults now, and he doesn’t remember her has a teen but for some reason it still bothers me (tbh it’s probably because I’ve never liked any straight ships 😆) I’m not saying you are wrong, I just disagree🙂
I think they did have a sibling relationship, but that rlly doesn’t matter anymore. Graham’s memory got wiped and Carmen wants to not pull him into a life of crime anymore.
