Bighit really has a habit to experiment in terms of music styles that's why I love txt (and bts). I think kpop stans who love something unique and different to listen to are attracted to their music. For me , their sound styles are like indie music. Very subtle details but in reality they're diamonds in the rough.
'Maze in the Mirror' is such a special song to me! Its the perfect song when you're alone in your room at night and you have too much on your mind. What makes it even more special is that the boys took part in writing and producing it.

Exactly. I was a casual listener at first and only listened their main track but when i listened fairy of shampoo and eternally omg that was such a turning point and they are new group and already have amazing discography. I admire and respect them so much.

listening to txt’s music feels so refreshing and original in the sea of songs in kpop. something about their music feels so youthful and they have such beautiful sounds that feel like they came straight out of a children’s book. fairy of shampoo is so light and it makes me feel like I’m floating through space. maze in the mirror feels like a song you’d listen to or sing around a campfire, and it kinda reminds me of magic island + nap of a star from the previous albums. the bridge of maze in a mirror is INSANE. txt’s music really stands out to me and their discography is one of my favourite in kpop, despite them being not even a 2 year old group. they do not have a SINGLE bad song and now I’m really looking towards their future releases.
That’s why TXT really stuck out to me. They have such unique sounds for a newer Kpop group. They have this sound that not a lot of people can pull off. Kinda similar to groups like Stray Kids and Nct, they have their unique sounds not all can pull off. And what I really enjoy about the boys is that they don’t stick to ONE role, they all dance, rap, and sing. They don’t stick to one specific role, they know that they can have songs without any rap versus and still kill it, or they can have songs more hiphop influences and again still kill it. I feel the exact same way. These groups now have such uniqueness to them that the idea that every group is manufactured and everyone can do it the same doesn't hold much weight anymore. Every member is actually an artist now and kpop has its own version of musical independence from each other and also internationally. I'm so proud of that, especially as a fan who started in Gen 2 with groups like SHINee, SuJu, SNSD and Wonder Girls.

Few groups that stand out are svt, nct, bts, exo, shinee, got7, stray kids, txt and I'm not just listing the most popular groups, all these groups have their own sound. If I heard a song I don't know at all I would be able to tell who it's done by. When I say this album gives me goosebumps, I’m not kidding. They can honestly do any concept I could never be convinced otherwise. TXT is one of my ults and istg their music gets better and better.
Just want to mention that the melody of Drama was used in the trailer for the comeback but it is greatly altered to sound melancholy! Same thing for New Rules-it was used in a different way in the trailer for that comeback. I feel that it’s worth checking out because it’s so creative! It blows my mind how they take these tracks and make them feel completely different for the trailers!

I am happy that Bighit doesn't only focus in making amazing title tracks but they also make effort in doing amazing bsides and albums overall for their artists. TXT just gets better and better, their discovery is amazing, there is not a song I dislike from them. Can't wait for more releases!

I started stanning txt purely because of their b-sides they are really one of the only groups who make me look forward to their albums bc you know the album is gonna be just as good or better than the title track
TXT is the human form of their Albums. I can't choose any favorite song because they are all the best I've ever heard. Same with choosing a bias, I really can't choose any bias because they are all my bias hahaha.
TXT in a midst of all these boy groups is so vibrant and enchanting. But you wouldn’t delve into them because of that- you’ll go through so many groups to see if any of them can replicate TXT or even have their own flair. But TXT is like fresh air- there to caress you and hum beautiful and ethereal songs. They’re not aggressively in your face, they’re young boys growing up together and you get to witness how their music, attitude and passion grows along with them. Its just so innocent and pure its hard to explain yet there’s a type of darkness that leaves you curious. I’m really excited to see what’s in store for them in the future including their songs.

Before TXT debuted I had no intentions of stanning. As soon as I heard crown I went into a trance of suddenly being in love with them and their music and with every album it is only getting stronger. TXT is now my most listened artist this year, this album is the most listened album and Fairy Of Shampoo is my favourite song of 2020, alongside Eight. Their albums are truly brilliant and I am in love
The thing about TXT is that there are concepts where you think they can't pull off, but then they'll prove you wrong and their songs, especially their bsides, are top-tier. Almost like every song can be a candidate as a title track. Fairy of Shampoo, Can't You See Me and Eternally were the songs that I liked the first time I listened too, but Puma grew on me and I'm more than happy that it did.
Fairy of shampoo is actually a remake of an old korean song by light & salt (hwasa has also made her version of this song) Side note watching pd vibe is my fave thing ever
seriously tho, when i actually sat and listened to their music i was amazed at how there was never a single skip on their albums. these boys come out with such good music, i wish more people would give them a fair shot.
I believe in my heart that TXT will overcome that BTS shadow, they are seriously so so talented very versatile and very professional. I see a lot of potential in them. fairy of shampoo is the song that resonates with me the most and it was what brought me back into the txt realm after i fell out of the fandom. that song is gorgeous and is my favorite txt song of all time.
TXT really deserves the recognition they are getting. Their discography speaks for itself. These kids worked hard to get to where they are and they deserve to be where they are.
what I love about this EP is that every single song felt like they were trying out a completely different concept and genre, their music is versatile and they make it work wonderfully. their bdsife tracks work as their hidden card; I stan because I accidentally listened to 20cm and I've never been more grateful for that slip of the finger I had... I started stanning txt purely because of their b-sides they are really one of the only groups who make me look forward to their albums bc you know the album is gonna be just as good or better than the title track
Saying Drama is happy go lucky and sounds like a celebration cracks me up because the lyrics are so sad

TXT in a midst of all these boy groups is so vibrant and enchanting. But you wouldn’t delve into them because of that- you’ll go through so many groups to see if any of them can replicate TXT or even have their own flair. But TXT is like fresh air- there to caress you and hum beautiful and ethereal songs. They’re not aggressively in your face, they’re young boys growing up together and you get to witness how their music, attitude and passion grows along with them. Its just so innocent and pure its hard to explain yet there’s a type of darkness that leaves you curious. I’m really excited to see what’s in store for them in the future including their songs.
You describe my feeling perfectly! for me with other groups they screaming, "Look at me! I'm talented! You should stan me!" but TXT take their time to hone the artistry and let discography to speak itself. It requires patience, I'm glad the boys treat music with such care and passion.

The thing about TXT is that there are concepts where you think they can't pull off, but then they'll prove you wrong and their songs, especially their bsides, are top-tier. Almost like every song can be a candidate as a title track.
Fairy of Shampoo, Can't You See Me and Eternally were the songs that I liked the first time I listened too, but Puma grew on me and I'm more than happy that it did.
I think txt excels in slower songs, their upbeat songs are great too but i just find myself listening to their slow songs over and over again

seriously tho, when i actually sat and listened to their music i was amazed at how there was never a single skip on their albums. these boys come out with such good music, i wish more people would give them a fair shot.
I believe in my heart that TXT will overcome that BTS shadow, they are seriously so so talented very versatile and very professional. I see a lot of potential in them. I love all their bsides, they kinda remind me of redvelvet. I hope they just get this big break of a song to catapult them so a lot of people really try to listen to them and see just how much talent these boys have.

These three songs are my favorite off the album, Drama just slapped me in the face when I started the album. I’ve been a moa from the start, but they continually surprise me with their music. It all tells a story musically, it’s so fun to listen to!
txt is a group that has literally NO bad songs like if you play any txt song, i will vibe to it. txt has always stood out to me. txt has been a group where their bsides are always top notch. txt never dissapoints me. their discography is top tier

what I love about this EP is that every single song felt like they were trying out a completely different concept and genre, their music is versatile and they make it work wonderfully. their bdsife tracks work as their hidden card; I stan because I accidentally listened to 20cm and I've never been more grateful for that slip of the finger I had... I wished more people could stop missing out!
