My 2012 G coupe is completely stock and I love it ... I've been getting huge offers on it.
I've been searching for one that is completely stock, clean title, low mileage, and manual. This will definitely take a while plus I'm hoping for the price to depreciate within the next 1-2 yrs.

Wow that's crazy. My car has around 86k miles now, wondering what kind of offers I'd get out of curiosity. Not planning on selling it anytime soon

the car burns a lot of gas when on idle. that's probably what's messing up your MPG calculations.
That is a great point. I do leave my car in idle pretty often

these reasons are all valid, honestly when im listening to music the droning isnt as bad (have axel back exhaust too)
Yeah I forgot to mention that, it's not bad with music on
Honestly I went only with test pipes on my 08 g37
And it sounds still droney but still in that sporty way.
I prefer it over the muffler or resonators deleted, personally I like the drone 😎
I've got an '05 G35. Crap mileage too. Mines an automatic though, and suffering a torque converter lock up issue.
Just picked up a 2010 G37 Auto Coupe hardtop convertible for $5k! Love it so far
I got a G37 2013 with Rev9 Axleback mufflers. Had the car for 2 years, was involved in a hit and run by drunk driver. Insurance totaled it but i decided to keep it and bought another salvaged g37 to fix mine because mine had very low mileage. Was at 30k miles when it got hit 1 1/2 year ago. Now im at 60k miles im never selling or getting rid of my G. Very fun to drive.

Oof static too. That sounds unbearable but it's worth it but if you're going to commute a lot and far definitely wouldn't recommend
Is there rev hang ? I noticed that when I floored it
The MPG is definitely a drivers result because I get better mileage on my BMW 650I, and as for parts I find that parts are far more expensive for me but that could be car specific, a simple good CAI is 600 bucks. And the VQs sound just blahhhhhh.

I have the same car here in Australia… also manual… I achieve 20mpg in city and 45mpg on the highway. You must drive it pretty hard…😂

I just got mine not long ago, an the clutch is definitely a workout, when I go to L.A I have the worst time
Yeah definitely is. Not forgiving for heavy traffic but great for a canyon or back road drive
Get a zspeed clutch , and csc . When idk first got my g37 I didn’t even wanna drive it much bc my clutch was so heavy . Now my clutch feels as light as my civic

A pull a day, keeps the mechanic away 😉 But no I treat her well

g37s are cool but you'll be wondering why you didn't get a q50 or q60
Main reason: Q50/Q60 don't come in manual
But you can make it manual……🤔🤔🤔

How tf are you getting 13 miles a gallon bro driving aggressive I got 17.8 in my stock g37 sedan. Also, your car is missing the cup holder assembly that’s why it looks empty and has those slots for it.
Yeah there is something wrong. Might be spark plugs possibly, which is why I'm getting such bad gas mileage. And that's why the cup holder looks so ugly,thank you! Going to order that
@@yayasgarage Yeah it’s not quite “missing” it, you just have to get the add ons, I think the premium package or the x package gives you that.

That's fire. Idk why I get such bad gas mileage, part of it is definitely a heavy foot but maybe bad plugs?
@@yayasgarage possibly. I have a 2012 AT G37, non sport. And it is more city stop and go bs, occasionally I take it to work which is highway but I always reset my trip meter on every fill and consistently get 400 miles to a tank. Always 93 of course and the occasional Techron fuel system cleaner. I need to do my plugs too. I have aFe drop in air filters (dry) and just cleaned my mass AF sensor, but nothing extraordinary for sure.
I have a 392 and has better Mileage !
And that's a V8 🤦🏽♂️
