    For the gallery gasket, get the EPS Kit. Also, look in to the bleeder core union, it’s on the back left hand side but they usually break at high mileage and can be PITA if not caught in time.

    You can use the Valvoline max life transmission fluid instead of the expensive nissan fluild. Approx $25 for 5 quarts. I have been using it on my 2003 G35 with 300k miles now and 2012 G37 with 131k without any issues.

      @@ptinker106you don’t change filter, just the fluid, or if you’re more able with your hands you can drop the trans pan and clean it + change gasket.

    • @ptinker106

      @klenthecreezi1041 Yeah, 30-60k seems about right. Most car maunfacturers say the Trans filter is not serviceable and guaranteed for life, but if I drop the pan, I usually spend a couple extra minutes to change the filter. My only challenge is replacing the transmission fluid and break fluid lmao. I will attempt the transmission fluid so my question is does the transmission pan have a gasket or is it just bolted by the bolts? If so do I need gasket maker or is there one I can already purchase?
    My last question is what tool do I use to refill the transmission from the dipstick since the dipstick is so tiny?

    • @josuegutierrez6257
      @josuegutierrez6257 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hopefully you’ve found some info and were able to get the maintenance done, however if not;
      Every metal part that attaches to another metal part usually has gaskets (pan to transmission/upper pan). The gasket should be available at your local parts stores, but can be found cheaper online.
      As for filling the trans, I’d recommend a thin tipped funnel (imo, it’s best practice to always replace filters when you’re dropping fluids)
      Hope this helps someone!!

    FSM says ATF’s dipstick should be checked 30-50 Celsius degrees at COLD range and 65 Celsius degrees at HOT range.
