I’m running crankbrothers mallet boa. Absolutely awesome. Super comfortable and great support.
Good summary of these 5. Which of these are decent for wider feet? I wish shoe manufacturers would list toe box width as well as length in cm. I also would love if the longer cleat track toward heel would be a new trend. :)
Nice shoes I like how you go into detail about the shoes
Thanks. Just trying to give some details and insight.
appreciate the long-term review! any of these shoes work better for wide feet?
In my opinion Chrankbrothers Mallet DH/ E with the Crankbrothers Mallet DH shoe is the best combination
It is so nice to just set the cleat position and not have to try to get the shims and spacing just right.
I like the DH version as well. The Enduro version they made too clunky-chunky and the DH ones are about right.
Very helpful reviews! Which shoe has the deepest clip channel to negate the most clacking of the clip for normal walking?
Have you tried the fox flats? What would you pick between fox union flat and five ten Freerider pro?
I have the clipless union and love them
How does fox union clip compare to BOA version? Worth the extra cost for the boa over laces?
Boa are much faster to get in and out of, they allow for great snugness in both zones of BOA tightening, they’re better in mud or sand than laces, but I don’t think they look as cool as laces, and they cost a lot more…. If it’s worth it is entirely up to each consumer we’d say. I like both for different reasons.
Have you tried the crankbrothers mallet e shoes? Curious how they compare.
No Ride Concepts...they just released a new Clipless model.
We've not yet had enough time on their new shoes. This is a review of shoes we've spent hundreds of miles in at the minimum in hopes of vouching to their durability and how much we really like these specific shoes.
@@TheLoamWolf totally understand. My RC Transitions have lasted since introduction and I just ordered a new replacement. I think +4 years 🤔
3 years and i still got confused with the meaning of cliples, se you in the next video 👋
no 510? is that because they are adidas now?
