Wow Miriam. Thank you for being such a blessing to all us Amateurs.😀. You have inspired us to think outside the box when building our own displays and just having fun. Thank you for using your blessing to inspire someone who may want to build a display, but think it will be very difficult. Just put it down on paper, and then DO IT.. God bless you and your family. Miriam...you just are so amazing. I.love your carnival. You never disappoint.Until I started watching you last year I use to set up village pieces wherever I could make space. Nothing fancy...just villages, people and fake snow. This year thanks to all of your inspiration I have built 4 platforms with rock formations, mountains, fountains and waterfalls, a lake and some bridges. Even made some of my own trees and fences and carved my own cobblestone walkways and stairs. Now they look amazing. I never knew I had it in me to be able to do this. Thank you so very much for showing me the way. Bless you and your beautiful family.
That is so awesome Debbi. I always say, we all are creative, some of us just have more practice. 😂🤣 I’m so glad you enjoyed making everything this year. God bless you and your family.
Your carnival is so cool. Your village is humongous! That’s a lot to store once Christmas is over. You really outdid yourself this year. I can’t wait to see your ski lift and slopes.
Waaaaw Miriam your carnival looks spectacular. It has this fun yet warm cozy (family-friendly) feeling to it. Very nicely put together. Another great video. Love love love. Have a blessed day🤗
Thank you Barbara. Funny thing about those mountain. I actually made those to sell but then I liked them so much I kept them for myself. 😂. That’s why there is no video for it. I do have another set very similar on my Etsy page for sale though. Maybe after I finish all my Christmas decorating in my house I can circle back and do a video on it.
Oh my goodness! This is beautiful! I have been inspired by all your videos to bring out my small collection of Christmas Villages and create a set up. I bought a new refrigerator that was delivered Saturday and asked the delivery guys for all of their scrap styrofoam. Lol! Thank you for the inspiration and the how-to!
I’m amazed by your village! You have taken it to a whole new level! You recorded your video so carefully so we could see every little detail. Also it was nice to see all the people having fun in their Covid free world lol.
Hello, I’m sorry, I thought I responded to this comment days ago but it came up as a new comment today. Thank you very much! I do my best to capture every detail in my videos. And yes, our villagers are blessed to live in a cove free world. 😂😁
Wow this is by far the biggest and most insane Christmas Village I have ever seen. Actually a Christmas town. To big to be a village. The animated stuff are such a great touch to the whole thing. Love the fireworks and sky in the background. Damn woman, the amount of work you have done with this Christmas Town is super crazy. The working fountain and big Christmas Tree with the blinking lights are so nice. One could look at this for a couple hours and still not get it all in. When I was young, Disneyland use to have this ride, I guess you can call it a ride, called the Carousel of Progress. It was in Tomrrowland in a big round building that would turn. You would set in seats like a theater. It would show you how a household, the kitchen actually, has changed through the years. The whole thing rotated and showed you what it looked like in I think like 1900, 1925, 1950 and at the time, the 1970's. Anyway when the ride ended, on the way out you pass by this huge miniature city. It had tall buildings downtown and it spread out into neighborhoods. There were cars and trucks moving around on tracks on the freeways and side streets, it was so amazing. Anyway to late to make long story short I know, sorry. I use to stand and look at it for a couple hours. I was probably 9 or 10 at the time. My mom, brother and sister and whoever else we were with would go on to the rest of the park knowing they could come back in an hour or two and I would still be there looking at it. I have always loved stuff like that and til this day, build models and make dioramas of all kinds. Mostly military stuff. I have a very good understanding of the time it takes to make things like you have and I know this has been a monster of a project. I have a problem if a project takes to long in keeping interest in it. I admire how you can continue on with the same project for so long. That isn't an easy thing to do. I should say that is one of the things I admire you for. Unbelievable work, it is really amazing. All lit up in the dark it is jaw dropping. Oh sorry for going on and on. I type 75 words a minute so many times I get to babbling on and in just a moment or two I look back and see that I have written a book. Definitely big thumbs up for this video as well as the others I have already watched. Keep up the amazing work and take care always and please be safe out there.
Hello, thank you so much for all of your wonderful and kind words. It is so nice hen another builder recognizes how much work goes into each part of the village. It is a lot of work but I LOVE it. It is one of my favorite things to do. All year round, I wait for Christmas time to come. 😂🤣. Then I’m always sad when it leaves. I do sit and enjoy it often and so do my children and guests. Next year I may do a set up for the neighbors to walk up and see from the window.
