@@James-re3lz considering Aer Lingus operated Boeing 747s in the past I wouldn't consider the A350 too big it would require a busy route and they would only need 2 or 3 anyway
Will you guys start using airbus planes on the Belfast to East Midlands airport route it would add a bit more variety to the airport as we only got atr72s and 737s on the passenger area
Hey, Aer Lingus…why ain’t y’all down in Texas? Hell, y’all goin to Nashville, Cleveland, Minnesota, Denver and nuthin to the greatest state in the US of A..! Now we ain’t got many of y’all irseh folk ‘round these here parts but if y’all do come, come to Houston, stay clere old Dallas or Austin, nuthin but a bunch of Commifornians in those citys
IAH is a United hub. Aer Lingus won't go there. Their partner, AA, already does DUB-DFW. As for "commiefornians", well, Ireland is a Social Democracy where welfare for citizens is seen as vital to the nation.
If you think about it, AER LINGUS dispite in not been the launch costumer for the A321XLR (and they should have been if it were not the internal battles that made IAG give this honor to IBERIA) they stil get to operate the 1st production model of the type, scince the one that was that was delivered to IBERIA was 2nd production model, and if the internal battles at AER LINGUS lasted longer, EI-XLR would have delivered to IBERIA, as it had its engienes painted in IBERIA's colors. Thearfor many congratulations to AER LINGUS on the delivery of your 1st A321XLR
A350's anyone? I think it was a great opportunity for brand new long distance flights, new destinations and maybe even first class??😘 Great job and not only this video but the plane itself😍😍 now your competitors with Ryanair!!💚
Now that A321XLR is in the fleet, i think the next plane you should order is the A330-900NEO to replace older A330-300s
A350 would be better and they were supposed to get some but instead went to Iberia and British Airways
@@drone_toursA350s are too big for Aer Lingus, the 787 or A330neo would be the best fit
@@James-re3lz The A330Neo is less backed up and has less issues so it’s probably the better option
@JustIsaac134 a350 would be for Driect route to Perth, which require an A350-1000

EI-XLR was never going to Iberia. Those engine cowlings can be replaced in less than 20 minutes.
@Mugdorna ohh, thaks for the info
Well done! pls use this on MAN routes pls
my Christmas wish from aer lingus
is to see their XLR's at MAN and in close up veiw
MAN base won't get the XLR. It already has the LR for MAN-JFK.
@@Mugdorna ah :( still could do it
👏👏👏
It without the mask kinda ruins the look of the A321xlr
It is the right plane though
Yesssss finally Aer Lingus you got the A321XLR and I might fly it with you someday anyways I’m flying KSFO to EIDW tomorrow
I tracked that A321XLR
No sunglasses 🕶️!?
Order A350s next
Why?
Like this comment means you love aer Lingus

No need for F Class on their network.
And the A330 works fine for their network.
No black mask 😢
where
@malahammer Most other airlines have a black outline around the flight deck on the A350, A330neo, and A321neo's.
Pls order an A380 for the craic
Just like ur old 747
They don't make a380's anymore
mask when?
Never, unfortunately
