For this first (EP1) Video I show you on the marble plate with American buttercream. My easy recipe is 400 grams. unsalted butter and 800 grams. Icing sugar.

Hello! I’ve done this before and keep in mind you will want a frozen cake so that you have a hard surface to smear the flowers on. I put my cake in the freezer for at least 30 mins
Love to see you actually applying it to a cake. You can’t really scrape it off and fix it if it’s on the cake.
