    Great to see you in MSFS, you did a great job of capturing the video (it's certainly not easy to do).. Looking forward to more. Take care.

      Thanks... now to see if I can get the replays working for b roll ;)

    Nice flight! I'm fairly new to VR, and only recently, just barely, got VR working on a GTX-970, on an AMDFX8350 CPU. My out the window graphics look like total garbage, compared to what you're able to enjoy. Trying to save for an Alienware PC, but it'll likely be a few more years before that happens. LOL Oh, just something I recently learned about landing, bring engines to idle, as you cross the threshold, and you'll make the touchdown zone, just about every time. I'm legally blind, and until recently, never got that right. LOL Thanks for the video.

      Hey thanks for watching! Yeah I came in too slow on that landing... stalling and cutting the power not always a good idea... always a next time right!?

      @@RavenSimulations All these decades of flight simming, I never knew how to use the PAPI lights, let alone what they were for. Once I learned the adage, "red and white, you're alright", landings became much easier to do. Just follow those PAPI lights, and the VOR, and you should be fine. :)

    Great video.

    That's a rough transition from xplane to msfs, this problem with the way that they implemented the controllers are an absolute mess. Using both simulators but as a real pilot, its hard to stick with the msfs aspect of being only a game at this stage.

      ya I don't see myself switching my pilotedge realistic flights from xplane to msfs anytime soon, but gotta keep checking back with msfs

    Smooth recording. What software are you using to capture vr?

      recorded on a seperate pc, so my main pc can just focus on rendering ;) can see all my hardware at ravensimulations.com/hardware thanks for watching!

    Better or worse performance, visuals compared to XP?

    • @RavenSimulations
      @RavenSimulations  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      ya obviously msfs looks better then xp, though how you control things in vr in xplane feels more connected. I'm really interested in seeing how xplane 12 aligns. thanks for watching!

      @@redfisher5378 no... msfs takes all the power...
