Hey Squirrel - I've spent many hours watching and re-watching these MSFS tutorial videos while practicing - they have been invaluable. The quality of instruction is superb. Subbed and liked! I hope you keep this channel going!
Thank you so much for taking the time to go thru the settings and playing around with the graphic settings and looking at their results, not to many reviewers do that.
Hi Squirrel. As a total newbie to flight sims, I find myself revisiting these videos as they are extremely detailed and informative. As I proceed to attempt to climb my extremely mountainous learning curve in flying this sim, I find some of the things you discuss mean more to me than when I first saw the video. I am so grateful that you have created this tutorial series. Thank you and stay well.
I currently fly X-Plane and was considering MSFS 2020. After this video, I am going to give it a try. The details/techniques in this video is EXACTLY what all new users of the sim should use. We can really dial in the sim to OUR systems, and not use universal settings. Thanks for the series! !! !!!
These tutorials are EXTREMELY helpful (for me, at least) and I look forward to having you continue producing them, even after MSFS 2020 is well circulated and understood. Thank you for the time and patience it takes to make them... Lee Graves
I have watched a lot of MSFS 2020 videos but this by far is the very best setup overview video that have seen. Very logical and direct approach. Outstanding! Thank you for taking the time to do this.
Yes. If the gpu is not running at 100% i allways increase my graphic settings because then is something wrong. Better gpu is at 100% as cpu. If nothing is at 100% then is the game broken.
No one really needs to look at temps, the GPU will throttle back at high temps. Now that is not ideal but it will show in clock speed or FPS, not temperature. An older GPU that doesn't throttle back will simply turn off long before it overheats. Any hardware degrades faster at higher temps but this is nothing to worry about unless you run it 24/7, the biggest problems associated with high temperature are throttling and fan noise. It will also increase the CPU temp since the CPU is often located above the GPU, but most games are GPU-bound anyway.
All the research I have done confirms this. 100% usage is totally normal, and as it should be. If it's not pinned at 99% (Nvidia), the game is not optimised properly.
i think he said he doesn't want it running at 100% because you will get frame drops where as 90% makes you less likely to run into issues with the extra headspace
@@greenneck5396 As long as you are well above the maximum fps (refresh rate) and your frametime is good, you wont see any frame drops. But yeah if you right on the maximum, it might be wise to have some headroom. Games should include a proper benchmark so you can get it right even in the most taxing situations.
I've watched a ton of videos on FS2020, but your tutorials are by far the best one can find. Your deep knowledge and your way to convey even complex matter is outstanding. Subscribed!
Hi Squirrel! Thanks for the videos. Have watched pretty much all your pre-release for this sim so far. Needless to say I'm super excited. Three days to go, WOOHOO! And yes, please keep up the tutorial vids. Really appreciate it.
Unbelievable!! How much time and enthusiasm you must have spent into this series. The perfect match between too many useless details and not providing necessary information. Already looking forward to watching the other videos. Thanks!
I think he forgot to set video to go live on the right day... :P While it's nice that tutorial is there when game goes live, but it's pointless to watch it if you can't follow...
@@JenniferinIllinois I only played XPlane and played fsx 2 days ago to check it out and had a moment where I got overjoyed seeing 1 kind of irrelevant landmark being represented in the sim accurately by default. Literally FSX gave me a taste of the joy we will all get when we even just see autogen cities ^^
Hi Squirrel. Your tutorial series for MSFS is the most detailed and comprehensive set of videos to date. I am new to flight sims in general so am obviously new to MSFS and watched many of these videos to help me get started. Since becoming slightly more comfortable and a bit more familiar with MSFS, I have revisited the tutorial series often and have learned more each time. Obviously, my learning curve is very steep so having these videos available has amazingly helpful. BTW, as a new gamer (started gaming around January 2020 after building a new PC), I also got into ETS and ATS after following your series on those games. So now that I am hooked on these sims, I thank you again for a great series and for all your efforts.
I’m fascinated by this game. I’m a console gamer (always been PlayStation and have a PS5) and have always been fascinated by flight sims but never had one to play. I’ve just received a Series X and I can’t stop playing this game. It’s fantastic and your guides are much needed thanks 🙏

Even for people who know what they're doing with graphics settings this is incredibly useful in showing what a high end system (with a high-res monitor) can do (and indeed even it can't run full Ultra!). I don't have a 2080Ti for my new 10900K 5.1GHz all core OC system bundle arriving Monday 17th as I am waiting for the 3080ti or 3090 depending on price. Looks like medium for now 🙁. This will be an indispensable series of tutorials to decide on hardware and software settings. Thanks for making these tutorials!
What a great tutorial. Here are a few questions for *@squirrel* or for those of you who have already had the opportunity to try the simulator: 1. At 33:47 we see that there is a "Trees" setting. Can they be turned off altogether? If so, this might solve the problem of huge trees growing at runway thresholds, taxiways, etc, that we have been seeing in some videos. 2. Are the cockpit tooltips (such as change heading, speed, altitude, turn on/off landing lights, etc) mandatory? Can they be turned of as in P3D/FSX? 3. Once a certain set of configurations (graphics, weather, airplane, departure airport, etc) are chosen, must the user keep going through the initial menu every time again? Or is it possible to jump right in to a pre-configured "scenario" (as in P3D) or "flight" (as in FSX)? 4. Assuming (3) is possible, is there an option to pick up where you left on the last flight, making back to back flight in a series of simulator sessions (great for "around the world" flights)? Any thoughts on this are most welcome.
Don't know if I'll be able to afford the sim or not but if I do this is definitely the channel I'll come back to for directions. Squirrel in my opinion has the best tutorial channel.
I've just ordered a new Thrustmaster joystick, that's sold out LOL, and will ship the 26th. So your tutorials are just what the Dr. ordered...Thanks so much Mr. Squirrel these are great.!!
I'm new to flight sims (well since v3) and I'm really glad someone is doing tutorials for this, as it's a daunting task to get going. What would be great, is tutorials on how to startup various planes, auto pilot tutorials on various planes, cockpits overviews, proper taxi and ATC protocols, etc. Looking forward to your content!
Thanks so much mate. I’ve owned pretty much every version the 80’s and can’t wait for this to start downloading on the 18th as I’ve pre-ordered on Steam. This will be an epic tutorial series
@@Napoleonic_S its 1080p ultrawide 3840x1080 if you look at his resolution. I'm sure if you dial it to a more native 16:9 ratio you'll get a much smoother experience... also, I assume that since he's on a preview build in this video (weird, i know, especially because his previous video was the final build) that it's much better on the final build. I've seen plenty of other videos (quill18) he says he's able to run everything on ultra and get good fps...
@@ShivamPatel-et4kk oh I didn't see that, that's super ultrawide aspect ratio btw but that still have way less pixels than my ultrawide 3440x1440 res display and even less than 16:9 UHD. That's scary prospect lol although older gamers and flight simmers have always known that most games in the genre didn't run well on contemporary hardware of their time.
Napoleonic S but his GPU is also not that hot. Peaking at like 60 Celsius. This means that his GPU is not running at it’s full capacity. It’s normal for your GPU to run at full capacity when doing something that’s hardware intensive. He said that only 60% of his GPU is being used so nvidia will have to release a new driver update to optimize their GPUs to run at 100% when using FS2020. Not to mention, he has a 1080p ultra wide monitor.
@@derickvo317 And then even now it was maxing out at 95-100% when he put it to ultra/higher settings..And so what if gpu is only running at 60-65 celsius? That just means gpus got good cooling, and it does as it's water-cooled. My air cooled triple fan never goes over 65 in any game so far, and I max everything out. There could be room for improvement with updated drivers tho, as with any new game when it comes out, and there probably will be one.
I feel like this channel should have a discord server where new players/pilots can chat and play together! After learning from your tutorials I want to find players to fly with and possibly make friends with. Players could even learn from others with more experience!🙌🏼
The fauna markers point out animals in the sim. (Giraffes, elephants, etc, which are modeled in certain areas of the world.) I don't know how common these are globally. But there are regions where they've included bears, flamingos, giraffes and elephants (and perhaps other wildlife). I'm hoping they'll add more - like whales, sharks, dolphins, etc. Some random deer on a remote landing strip would be pretty cool too, as long as you can shoo them off the runway with a low pass! Lol.
I've watched 3 of your flight simulator trips and and one of your real trips (Cessna) and this video. ALL SUPERB! Thanks for doing this. This is my first flight simulator (MSFS) and your presentations are super informative. Please keep them coming.
firstly thanks for the video, it was awesome and helpful. i think you missed a trick or 2 with the graphics settings though, i think you will claw a good amount of FPS back by reducing the render scaling down to 80 percent maybe 90 if it starts looking soft but go with 80 and then hopefully if nvidia do good by us and drop a driver update around the release for this game with direct support we will be able to press alt f3 and that will bring up the nvidia freestyle filter options, going into that you will be able to apply the sharpening filter which is actually a good quality sharpening tool and then adjust this to what looks pleasing to you, it will help offset the softer look you end up with by reducing the scaling and get it looking pretty good but you will gain a good chunk of FPS back doing this with hopefully minimal impact on your visual experience. also i noticed you said about it not being a good idea to have the gpu running at 100 percent. this is actually the very best outcome and is ''ideal'' for gaming, if your gpu is less than 100 percent it almost always means it is waiting for frames to be delivered from the cpu or ram or your settings are too low and your hitting your monitors frame limit/vsync cut off, you want the gpu to deliver the frames as soon as possible, 97 to 100 percent is where you want to be with the gpu, it will do absolutely no harm at all provided your cooling is on point. if your trying to keep the gpu at 90 percent for fear of stress to the component your just leaving frames on the table and probably should have got the next gpu down. my 2080ti overclocks quite well, i can gain 9fps on average between stock and overclocking so if your hovering somewhere between 50fps and 60fps it might be worth applying an overclock to drag you even closer to that sweet spot of 60 but that is ofcourse on whoever reads this, do your research dont just push sliders for fun. thanks for the video, hopefully my comment is helpful rather than critical.
Really appreciate that - I have a 2080 Super card. What recommendations would you have? I am a bit obsessed with visual quality but obviously don't want stuttering!
this video is the video that Microsoft needed to include w the game but in typical Microsoft fashion, didnt. THANK YOU SQUIRREL for all of these, i am breaking my old FSX habits and learning FS2020 with your vids :)
Just wanted to take a moment to say thank you, sir. When FS2020 was preparing to launch, I was jumping in my seat. I invested hundreds of dollars in FSX (peripherals, scenery packs, aircraft, atmosphere enhancements, airports, etc.). I know I don’t need to tell you how monumental this version is. It gave me a reason to build a new PC just so I can run it at ultra settings. AND I needed to upgrade anyway, so: I’m running it on an ASUS ROG STRIX Z390; an Intel i9 9900k; 64Gb RAM; 2x 2T Samsung EVO Plus NVMe M.2 SSD drives, and an EGVA RTX 2080ti GPU; Samsung 49” Super Ultra wide Monitor @ 5120x1440 144Ghtz. Once I got it up and running, OH GOD! Sir, your videos made this an easy transition. Yea, I may have to learn how to fly all over again, but if I get stuck, I pull up one of your videos and I’m on my way. Microsoft needs to put you on salary. Again, thank you for what you do.
Would be nice to have some insight on what must have been discussed on the beta/alpha forum about what is responsible for what. Meaning, which settings are GPU and which are CPU. FSX's downfall was it was primarily dependent on CPU (unless you used DX10 mode which never worked). P3d made major headway throughout their great efforts in both making it 64bit and giving more to the GPU. I don't sim much anymore (currently) but am an organization junkie so took massive amounts of notes over the years. These are my notes from P3d. I only post them to give an example of what I wish you beta privileged simmers would share. With the latest full NDA lift it would even be nice to have read only access to the beta forums. Anywho, here are my notes from P3d. I'm hoping this new platform gives even more to the GPU where it belongs. Leaving the CPU for what it should be doing. All of my notes are my notes, thus written by me and confirmed by me unless otherwise noted in parentheses. GPU heavy features: - Shadows - Dynamic Reflections - SSAA - Dynamic Lighting - 3D Water (water set to ultra) - New 3D rain/snow effects (set weather to storm theme to test). GPU Bound: Anything to do with shadows (cast, receive, distance, quality) gets handled exclusively by the GPU. The same with anti-aliasing and screen resolution. And also dynamic lighting and dynamic reflections. CPU Bound: Settings are water reflections, water detail level, texture resolutions (clouds, airports etc.), autogen density and drawing distance, scenery complexity, ai density, cloud draw distance.
By far these are the best tweak settings tutorial I've seen for this game. It sacrifices almost no graphics and gives fps to enjoy flying and the visuals. Close to cities at 3000ft I used to get 25-30fps now, practically no visual difference and got 45-50fps flying low in Sully mode hue hue. Thank you Squirrel!
Would be cool if these tutorials start going into more depth with ILS flying, maybe introduce charts and how to use them with this sim. When I played fsx very casually I couldn't get my head around ILS flying very well :(
Thank you Squirrel. This was such a well-done and detailed video showing all kinds of options to make this sim work. I have been debating whether to jump into the world of flight sims and having no experience and a mid-range system, it is looking more and more like I might be able to make this work. Your videos helped me tremendously to get into sim gaming in general starting around the first of the year in ATS/ETS in particular.
I would love for you to make a video showing us your standard takeoff procedure going through the checklist with every single detail. As well as your interaction with traffic control. Anyone else who wishes to see a video like that can give this comment a like
Terry Lee I’m new to this stuff and would like to know how to perform preflight checklists as well. I’ve no plans to get my pilots license but I’d like to get as realistic as possible with it all. I’m planning to get a yoke and rudder pedal setup eventually. I had no idea how cool and entertaining this stuff could be.
@@paparuffy406 I actually learned how aerodynamics work from playing Pilot Wings 64 on the N64 back in the 90s. I learned how pulling up could cause the Gyro copter to stall out unless you gave it enough power and putting the nose down would increase speed. But you learn so much more from a real flight simulator like this. And it's great fun!
Good video Squirrel. Bet that helped a lot of newcomers get to grips with the sim. Improving all the time and third party add-ons now looking and flying incredibly well.
Seems quite cpu heavy. Will be interesting to see how clock speed and thread count affect it. I heard it’s currently dx11 so I’ll be interested in seeing what dx12 does if they implement it.
I went through this tutorial, and it has helped no end. Thanks Paul. One thing I was concerned about was my GPU (GTX 1080) being pinned at 99% usage with 50-60fps. So I did some research. Every forum, review, or post on the subject of running the GPU at max usage said it is perfectly normal for this to be the case. The GPU's are designed this way. In fact if you're not getting max usage then the game you are playing is not optimised properly. Yes the GPU won't last as long, but the wear and tear is minimal. The only thing you want to worry about is temps. Mine maxes out at 72c, so I'm fine. 😊👍
Dear Sir, I just purchased FS2020 and I found your videos invaluable! Thank You so much for your time and effort. Fly High And Straight And Land Soft. Cheers!
1) Know how much space you have on all of your storage devices 2) Set the path to where you want to rolling cache on (if you use a dedicated SSD for FS2020 for example) 3) Put it as high as you want while leaving at least 20-40% remaining capacity (so the game can be updated, also SSD performance degrade when there are getting close to full. So never completely fill it up) For a frame of reference, Microsoft stated that the total world data is 2 Petabytes (2 million gigabytes). The largest consumer grade SSD currently is around 8 Terabytes (8000 Gigabytes), so if you'd spend a year circling the world at low altitude and in a tight enough pattern for the game to load all the details in, this is how much storage you'd want, if after this you'd never want the game to need to load in stuff from the internet. You will probably be completely fine with under 100GB, especially if you have fast (i.e. gigabit fiber) internet. If your internet is slow and you have rolling cache then the game will not stream in the highest quality assets from the internet on your first flyover of a fixed place, but maybe on your second flyover, since the game might have downloaded the terrain date in the background just after you had passed the area. If your internet is slow and you have no rolling cace, then the game will not stream in the highest quality assets from the internet on any flyover. If your internet is superfast, then the difference between a large cache or none is high quality stuff gets downloaded from the internet nearly as fast as it would be loaded from your SSD. First flyover might still have things popping in a bit later than later flyovers if the objects are stored in the cache.
Thanks for the explanation @@adriankoch964 I have a 250GB SSD dedicated to the rolling cache, with 232GB of usable storage, so I set my Cache at 230GB. I guess I should roll that back a bit? Maybe 200GB? As an aside, after I formatted the SSD, I created a folder and called it FS20 Cache. I guess this is correct as you cant write to the root of the SSD?
@@MrBillUp No idea about writing in the root, but it might be because of the permissions from windows store apps. Definitely leave ample space on the game containing disk for updates! If the game is 100-150gb, you should have ~25-50gb+20% of your total drive capacity left free. Same with the 20% on the cache disk. Aside from that, it should not matter too much. I've reduced my rolling cache to 50gb for now. After checking out a dozen of different cities and also logging around 400NM at lowish alitudes, the game had only downloaded a bit over a gigabyte. Less than expected :)

Excellent set of turorials! As a long-time flight simmer from the early days, these tutorials are really good. Really enjoyed your presentation and some good old fashion common-sense recommendations. My hope is that Microsoft/Asobo folks should pay attention to your work. I have been enjoying flight sims since the early days of Sublogic and with each new version, the sim pilot was left to figure it out on there own. This new Flight Simulator is fantastic and your tutorials enhance the start-up and ease the learning curve.
Victor Hugo nvidia hasn’t released a driver update to optimize their gpus for this sim yet. He mentioned that his GPU usage was 60% while with optimized drivers, it would be running at 100% which will give about 60-70% more frames for him.
In Horizon Zero Dawn a reviewer had a problem with fps and GPU usage because not all the PCIe lanes were being used, Squirrel might wanna check if it's running at 16x or 8x. His setup is exceeding optimal system requirements. Otherwise we will have to wait for a driver update because this is not normal, he's running a wide angle 2k resolution (3840*1080). Imagine how this would run on the HP Reverb G2 VR set which has two 2160x2160 screens
So happy I found your channel! I am new to MS flight sim 2020 and was looking for someone to help me get used to flying for the first time. Welcome to MSFS.. :P this is the barebone sim, wait till you get some AI traffic packs, and high end sceneries installed.. get used to living with +- 20 FPS.
That's why 4k is currently out of the question without dropping render scale. He's effectively running 2 Full HD screens at the same time. If you have a single 1920x1080 panel, then you'll likely can run the same settings on a 2060 / 2060 Super. With a 1060, you'll be in medium territory, but as with other games detail tweaking can get you a fair bit of improvement in the areas that matter more for you. Especially other kind of vehicles, traffic and shadows are expensive to render and easily overlooked.

As I proceed to attempt to climb my extremely mountainous learning curve in flying this sim, I find some of the things you discuss mean more to me than when I first saw the video. I am so grateful that you have created this tutorial series. Thank you and stay well.
Agreed
I currently fly X-Plane and was considering MSFS 2020. After this video, I am going to give it a try. The details/techniques in this video is EXACTLY what all new users of the sim should use. We can really dial in the sim to OUR systems, and not use universal settings. Thanks for the series! !! !!!
These tutorials are EXTREMELY helpful (for me, at least) and I look forward to having you continue producing them, even after MSFS 2020 is well circulated and understood. Thank you for the time and patience it takes to make them...

I have watched a lot of MSFS 2020 videos but this by far is the very best setup overview video that have seen. Very logical and direct approach. Outstanding! Thank you for taking the time to do this.
Running a gpu at 100% when gaming is totally normal and won't degrade it. Still keep an eye on temperatures.
Thanks!

Thank you for these tutorials, Squirrel. I'm looking forward to learning this new sim with you!

Here are a few questions for *@squirrel* or for those of you who have already had the opportunity to try the simulator:
1.
Argh, now there even are tutorials before I can play this game * .*

You are the best simulator gamer on TH-cam, you are the reason I got started playing several simulator games.
GPU heavy features:
- Shadows
- Dynamic Reflections
- SSAA
- Dynamic Lighting
- 3D Water (water set to ultra)
- New 3D rain/snow effects (set weather to storm theme to test).

@@paparuffy406 I actually learned how aerodynamics work from playing Pilot Wings 64 on the N64 back in the 90s.

Since dx12 is out since years, I guess they had their reasons to stay on dx11. I hope to see it on the 12 someday, but I would not bet.
The Fauna option shows you the animals just like the cities and airports ingame Paul

Could you possibly go into a little further about the rolling cache, i would like to do the same thing
1) Know how much space you have on all of your storage devices
2) Set the path to where you want to rolling cache on (if you use a dedicated SSD for FS2020 for example)
3) Put it as high as you want while leaving at least 20-40% remaining capacity (so the game can be updated, also SSD performance degrade when there are getting close to full. So never completely fill it up)
For a frame of reference, Microsoft stated that the total world data is 2 Petabytes (2 million gigabytes).

Thank you very much Squirrel; this is genuinely gonna help me a lot. I have low end specs and your very thorough yet simple explanation is gonna come infinitely useful. Thanks bro :D
How did you learn flying a plane?
From a
Squirrel
What?
A flying squirrel!
So many unasked questions answered. Thank you so much Squirrel !
I feel like I'm ready for the release now.
"Most likely you will put 1920x1080" you calling me a plebe sir?
To a newbie like me this series is GOLD. Thank you so much.
Keep in mind that his monitor has a relatively high resolution...
"relatively high" doesn't say anything, to be honest, if you don't mention (relatively) to what.
Not really. 1080UW is almost exactly the same number of pixels as 2k(1440p) which is a really common resolution these days
@@kogerspam Problem is that his high FOV uses a lot more CPU compared to 16:9 which wont render/caclculate as much stuff
And also dont forget that he is also recording all of this on obs in 1080 or 1440p
Also he is using a 2080ti :D I got a 2080 Super and a Samsung 43" 32:9 5120x1440p 120hz monitor. Hope I can run MFS on high settings.
The best MSFS tutorials I have found. Really well done Mr. SQRL
Hi, your graphics card is designed to run at 100% anything less there is a bottleneck
TF am o reading?🤣🤣🤣
@@enrik2184 If the cpu isn't powerful enough it will under-utilize the gpu, too much heat in the case, or even too low a resolution will cause the cpu to bottleneck the gpu
@@enrik2184 the truth?
@@gazzam3172 bro if you have a ryzen 5 3600 and a 2080, if the 2080 is running a game at 70/80% or even 30% is not a bottleneck 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@enrik2184 I have a 9700k overclocked to 5ghz and a rtx 2080, i play at 1440p ultra settings and my GPU usage is always around 100%. Perhaps the game isnt utilizing the 6 cores 12 thread 3600 correctly but there is a bottleneck. Any time the GPU useage drops below 100% then something is holding it back
I’m finding this to be a fantastic crash course on GPUs and graphics cards, and how it all works. I literally know nothing about this stuff. We just bought an HP Omen 15, and I was just hoping for the best. Time to go home and fiddle around with everything! Great video!!
This is so jerky and stuttery. Most of the time . This isn’t right. I hope this is improved on future updates . Very disappointing. It takes away from the realism
I just installed it an played for 20mins. Its cool but gets boring pretty quick.
@@andrewd1455 haha, this means you dont like flight sims.
Just started to play MSFS2020, before XP11. Great tutorial! This really helped me setting up & testing my system-readyness for the sim. Thanks a lot!
Oh my..I'm scared of how crappy it's going to look on my poor mans computer:
Ryzen 5 1400 quad core 3.20 gig 16 gig ram NVIDIA gforce 1050ti 4 gig
Feel with you 😭
Honestly I don't think it will be _THAT_ awful. Yes, it will be a little worse, but I bet you will be able to run in on medium settings at 1080p resolution and get somewhat decent fps.
That's my exact setup and I was hoping for atleast 30 on low
Microsoft should have hired you to make their learn to fly content. Without your tutorials I wouldn't be able to enjoy this game so quickly
If your system can’t run this smoothly
Then something Is wrong with the game
Hi have just found your channel by chance after down loading American trucker i then went on TH-cam to see how this game ran and picked your video and i must say I am mega impressed not only the trucking side of it but MSFS set up as I'm going to get this simulation myself and will be following you for guidance . thanks mate top bloke.
this is great. im learning a lot from this. i have never played flight sims, didn't think i would like them but wow. i was wrong. i love this game. my system doesn't love it but ill upgrade one of these days. this video helped out a lot with my settings. and i could listen to this guy all day! i want him to narrate my life!
I can narrate your life... not worth living.
Sorry - jk
Thanks for this! I hope you continue to make more of these because you’re great at explaining things to us newbies.
Everything that Squirrel touches is magic! Thanx Squirrel
I’m super excited about this series of videos! Keep them coming!
I'm new to flight sims, been waiting for a video like this its gold thank you for making it
I just loaded FS2020 at 230 am (90 min load). This video is great to help me thru myriad settings. Ive been pilot since 1962 and used fsx since 1980=ish. FS2020 is whole new world. I built my pc in anticipation of FS2020 and this video is super to get me started.
Have just purchased MFS Premium Deluxe and spent the best part of 15 hours downloading and installing it. (We live in the country with only 20Mb/s or 2.5MB/s broadband speed!) It's great therefore that I have found your video on how to get started with the sim, something I will no doubt be referring to for a little while. Many thanks and regards :-) Have also now subscribed!
These tutorials are so helpful, I thought I'd never get msfs to the best of my PC's ability! On that note I thank you for assisiting me in setting up my game, subbed and liked?!
